It is very quiet! 1 free parking space conveniently located in front of the house. Apt is in Puntas, Rincon central to all beaches, restaurants and everything that is rincon! Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!

Beautiful home located in the heart of Puntas with nearby beaches, lighthouse, restaurants and bars. Our home offers private parking, full kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We have a generator and backup water reserve! We also have a spacious back deck where you can watch the ocean and star gaze! We will only allow staying guests on property. No visitors, large gatherings or parties.
