Villa Picuccia is a lovely Costa Smeralda villa in the countryside of San Pantaleo, with spectacular views stretching from mountains in the south-west, through a valley of vineyards and olive trees, to the Mediterranean Sea in the bay of Cannigione. With comfortable rooms, a gorgeous pool area and large terraces with panoramic views, you won't need to leave the property at all, but the wonderful restaurants, beaches, and other pleasures of the Costa Smeralda are all within just 15 mins by car.

Ubicata nell'elegante complesso residenziale di Punta Molara, Villa Dalia si trova a 900 m dalla omonima spiaggia e non molto distante dalle altre spiagge del comprensorio. Riceverete un contratto di affitto che dovrà essere firmato e restituito alla struttura prima dell'arrivo. Nel caso in cui non riceveste il contratto in tempo, dovrete contattare l'agenzia. La tassa di soggiorno non è inclusa nel prezzo, è da pagare al check-in (5 euro al giorno per persona).
