Monthly Rentals in Punta Uvita

We loved Steve's place. The highlight is the large pool, but the apartment furnishings are also well done. With the high outside temperatures, we were particularly pleased with the air conditioning. Due to the proximity of the property to the national park you can visit it on foot, in the neighborhood there are some good restaurants. Steve is very accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with. He provided us with many tips and our well-being was very important to him. We would book his place again at any time if we were to come to Uvita.

The place is very beautiful and quiet, the treatment and attention of Xinia was excellent.

We LOVED this house. Wow a stunning property and a perfect slice of heaven. We were instantly won over with the style and class of it all. Loved the pool / the showers / the water dispenser in fridge when it was so hot. The wildlife and the space. Beata and Radovan were wonderful and helpful though most of it we couldn’t do due to heat and high tides but it didn’t spoil it for us. I only wish this house was nearer home ! As I would definitely come again. Very chilled area. Thankyou !
