The house is 'eco-orientated' and offers a confortable lifestyle while keeping it's touch of 'campagna' origin. From the rooftop you can enjoy amazing views over the sea and wonderful sunsets. We have our own source of drinkable water, naturally filtered and analyzed, vegetables growing, fresh eggs and solar.Two bedroom with queensize beds and lots of magic in the air :) welcome!

For the exclusive use of guests, the large swimming pool (16x4m), 15,000m2 garden,500m2 outdoor courtyard equipped with gas barbecue, 6 sun loungers, table and shower. The villa, characterized by a mix of modernity and tradition, consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, a large study in which there is a double sofa bed and laundry.

La struttura è stata ultimata nel 2025 e tutti gli arredi e gli ambienti sono nuovi e funzionali. È localizzata in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro e dalle spiagge principali di Marina di Ragusa, vivace località balneare, sempre più apprezzata dai visitatori.
