Vacation rentals with beach access in Punta Secca

A short distance from the beach in the heart of a residential area, this apartment offers exceptional comfort. On site, a young woman welcomed us warmly and showed the highest availability. Also, we highly recommend this place to stay for several days!

a bright, light appartement. I loved the terrace with early morning sun. the bed was good. on walking distance from the beach club, where they serve fresh food. this was a tip from our host. we went in november, so it was very quiet.

The apartment was super clean and literally 5 steps from the beach. The host was amazing and the place very peaceful ☺️

We had absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and location is absolutely stunning. The ocean is right in the backyard and views from the balcony are simply breathtaking. Rosemarie has been extremely hospitable and always responsive making sure we are always comfortable. She literally made us feel home! She even gave us some cool local tips and surrounding places to visit. This turned out to be a perfect getaway. I can't recommend this place enough and we surely be returning soon. Five stars all around!

Everything great, Two minutes walking distance to the beach, 15 minutes to the centre. I would recommend it for two persons, kitchen had everything to Cook simple dishes.

A great starting point for exploring the surrounding area and the entire southeastern area of Sicily. The owner's daughter (she teaches English) gave us advice on everything we needed and helped with the choice of a restaurant, or with other things if we needed. Parking was never an issue right in front of the house, but we were here in the off-season. We can recommend.

Chiara is a great person, very helpful. When I wrote that from Ragusa, the bus only leaves to Marina di Ragusa (about 10 km from Donnalucata), she offered to pick us up by car! (we use public transport). And that's what happened! Along the way, she showed where to eat, where the supermarket is, where the bus to Modici and Scicla leaves. And the place itself is perfect for full relaxation. Two steps to the sea, a long picturesque beach, and from the terrace of the apartment there is a beautiful view of the sea and trees, you can admire the sunsets, and in the morning and evening we listened to the treads of birds. We felt like we were in paradise. The apartment was decorated with an artistic sense ("sea vibes"), everything we needed was there, we used the kitchen to the maximum using the availability of fresh fish and seafood at the market and great vegetables (round eggplants!). It's also a good place for trips to the city of Modica (an hour by bus), and if you have a car, go to Ragusa, etc.

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

We had a nice few days enjoying the quiet beach and the sunsets.

We had a good time in the house, easy beach access. The last 100m to the house is a dirt road and you need to be careful driving at night.

The two apartments are located in a beautiful private villa with ample outdoor space, private gate, space to play for those with children, outdoor showers, barbecue. They are communicating externally, suitable for two families who know each other, so it was perfect for us. Everyone has their own privacy, but you can share a dinner together from the outdoor terraces. The apartments are super equipped, we found everything you need and even more. Super equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine to share. The sea is just a few steps from the villa. The beach is completely empty in our period, clean sea, but it is a shame to stop at this beach because 10/15 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches and cities by car. It is a very quiet area, there is nothing around so a car is required to move around. I don't recommend it for chaos,nightlife,clubs and restaurants within walking distance. Congratulations to Carlo for the care of the villa.

Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

We loved Scoglitti and Domenico’s house. Sheltered beaches with golden sand, beach towels provided. Lots of recommendations for visits and local shops. Lemon trees in the garden. Peaceful yet central. Lovely

Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.

Perfect place to have as a base to discover that area of Sicily. Having breakfast in the garden outside looking at the sea was lush! Excellent recommendations from Salvo, Paolo’s son, who, together with his mamma, is an excellent host, being super responsive even after having left the property. Our personal favourite recommendation was the walk around Vendicari’s nature reserve with lunch in Marzamemi. Bellísimo! Grazie Salvo and mamma!!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Four of us stayed at Stefania’s place for three nights. She is friendly and very responsive for our requests. Her place is clean and cozy and cost effective. I highly recommend this rental property.
