I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and it was definitely 10. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the beach, in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The place was impeccable, very clean and very tastefully decorated; you can see the attention to detail in every corner. Amenities and amenities exceeded my expectations - the fully equipped kitchen, stable and fast Wi-Fi, and high-quality towels and bedding made me feel very comfortable. Also, the host was exceptional: always attentive, responded quickly to my questions, and gave me local recommendations that enriched my experience. In short, I recommend this place 100% for those who are looking for comfort, good location and a first-class treatment. A place to repeat without hesitation!

Very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Quiet environment. Very good communication and predisposition of co-host Lorena. Also recommended is the Minimercado Carmelita a few blocks north on 17th Street. Good prices without having to go downtown.

We spent a weekend at Apartment A1. Exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in is impeccable. The apartment a new and in excellent condition. If you like the beach the view is unbeatable and also has a cycleway for sports in front. Divine!!! Sandra is very friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!

The accommodation is the same as the photos, a very quiet place, close to La Paloma and Cabo Polonio. The night sky can see several stars, the beach is close and has a beautiful sunrise! Nataly has always been very quick, kind, gave us recommendations of restaurants and also check in é checkout were flexible. And had a very cute, affectionate kitty! What made the stay much better!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and comfortable (we were 3 adults, 1 child and 1 baby). 200 meters from the beach and the same distance from services such as a supermarket, butcher and others. Sergio was always very friendly and answered our questions and requests quickly and cordially. I recommend it! We'll be back for sure!

The monoenvironment is simple, but it is comfortable and has everything to live there a typical beach vacation. 10 minutes from the dove and the quarry (by car), place to park in front of the window, which gives security and comfort, although the neighborhood was very quiet. Agustina's mom is always attentive, responds quickly to any questions with goodwill.

Hello! La Pedrera is a beautiful place, you can enjoy a lot of the beach, the rocks and the nature. We were very satisfied with the apartment, very good location with a large window overlooking the sea. What we didn't know was that it was a 2nd floor by stairs, but the 92 year old grandpa went up and down without a problem. The price is commensurate with what it offers. We would be come back again.

Highly recommended!! The deptos are just like the photos. It has a very nice open space with grills, chairs and tables. Very quiet. The service exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and attentive to everything. We were included taxi to and from the terminal and since the day of departure no one was allowed to stay until later.

Alfredo, the host, was very kind to us and showed us how to use the apartment. It has an excellent location, steps from the beach and a few meters from the lighthouse. Very good ocean view, as it is on the third floor and also has a beautiful window. From the rooftop you can see much of the city and the sea. As for the cleanliness, everything was spotless. It is 100% recommended because we really enjoyed it.

The apt is as described: it is a very comfortable and pleasant mono environment, with a very nice deck to be outside, and super green environment with shade and quiet. It has large windows and good ventilation; also very good water pressure, comfortable bed, it is close to a supermarket and a few blocks from the beautiful beach, perfect for walking. The hosts Adriana and Gustavo are super friendly! We'll be back!
