Downstairs a very well equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, microwave, pots,etc.), with a bar for 4 people and sofa bed. Upstairs: Room with double bed and outdoor chill out area ideal for dining, having mate or enjoying the ocean view and the stars. It has a barbecue and chairs for the beach.

Villa Margarita apartment.

Apartment a few blocks from the beach with a pool. Close to everything and very comfortable. it consists of three independent units. One is our son who takes care of the pool and garden and the other unit is in PA and is for two people. Large garden with very enjoyable trees. Quiet area with little noise. Not suitable for parties or noise that alters the surroundings. The pool is shared with the other two-person apartment.
