Monthly Rentals in Punta Rijana

We stayed in the apartment for one month. Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.

Ignacio's place was just like the photos and a very nice stay for us. We stayed from mid-Dec till end of March. It was great for a long stay and really felt like home. We both worked from home, the internet was strong for video calls. Everything is walkable, there are a few shops directly down the hill in town and a bigger Dia about 25min walk. There are 2 gyms (1 right in town, 1 about 30min walk - we went to this one). The patio was great for the winter months. When the sun was out, but too windy for the beach, it did a great job at blocking the cold. Ignacio was super responsive, the kettle broke and there was one delivered the next day. He also picked us up from the bus stop when we arrived which was super kind as we had a lot of bags <3 The town is small but super friendly. There are pharmacies, a very nice butcher, and a handful of great restaurants. Motril is just a bus ride away (~30min) with Lidl/Mercadona next to the bus station. We would love to come back.

We absolutely loved staying in Jeanette’s house. The location is perfect, close to everything. The kitchen worked well for us and we enjoyed hanging out on both the lovely terraces. Hope to return one day.

We stayed 8 nights and we were very comfortable very clean and comfortable A quiet area, although I think in summer there is probably more movement Jochem was very attentive and kind at all times I definitely recommend it and I would go again
