Sebastiano is a great host. The house was impeccable, homely and well located. We enjoyed our breakfast at terrace enjoying the Sicilian sun. We recommend !

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

We loved Dario’s apartment, it was such an easy walk to central Noto and very well equipped. The apartment is full of character, beds very comfy! Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Ein kleines Schmuckstück mitten in Ortigia. Sehr liebevoll und artsy eingerichtet. Das grüne Schlafzimmer mit dem Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die schöne Terasse mitten in den Dächern von Ortigia haben wir sehr genossen und haben sooft wie möglich da gegessen und die Athmosphäre genossen. Einen Katzensprung entfernt ist der Markt wo wir uns schon morgens mit frischen Früchten/Gemüse eindecken konnten. Alles ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen und es macht Spass sich in den vielen verwinkelten Gässchen zu verlaufen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier als Familie! Danke Ginevra und Alberto, (beide sehr sympathisch und freundlich!) Falls wir mal wieder in Siracusa sind kommen wir gerne wieder!

We felt like being part of the family, immediately when we arrived. It’s a great location to visit Syrakus and great hikes at the sea. We sat outside every morning and evening and even got fresh eggs for breakfast

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und hat genau für unsere zwei Nächte in Syrakus gepasst: tolle Lage, Ortiygia fussläufig entfernt, das kleine Haus auf zwei Etagen mit hübschen Innenhof und Balkon und alles in der Küche und Bad, was man braucht. Sehr leckerer Kaffe! Vielen Dank, Martina! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit auf Sizilien gefeiert und Robins Apartment war die perfekte Wahl für unsere Unterkunft. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt den Bildern und war makellos sauber. Robin hat uns herzlich empfangen, stand uns mit tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants zur Seite und hat sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Sizilien und unvergessliche Flitterwochen. Mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt – aber eines steht fest: Wir kommen wieder! Vielen lieben Dank, Robin, für alles!

Ortygia is simply stunning and Francesco’s apartment had us in the middle of everything just a stones throw away. Recommendation for parking options was ideal and local restaurants perfect. Don’t miss the sandwiches at the local market or drinks at the many local bars. Thanks for a lovely stay. Everything was perfect.

Our early April 2025 10-day stay was great! The property was exactly as shown on the listing site. An updated, well maintained, very clean, bright, lovely place in an absolutely beautiful setting. It was an easy walk to activities, sites and restaurants in both Siracusa and Ortigia. The host was helpful and responsive. It's one of the nicest places we've stayed in 20+ years of international travel. We highly recommend it to others.

The apt is very clean, surprisingly quiet and functional in all respects. We would rent again for sure but beware: the second bedtoom really isn’t a bedroom except in the most technical sense. It is a sofa bed with a divider to the real master. However, there is a second muchbetter sofabed in the living foom area which we used and it worked great so just depends on your sleeping arrangements. As others have noted, apt does not provide amenities like soap, shampoo but kitchen is stocked with basics.

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old city, a short distance from the main cathedral square, in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean, very artistic and tasteful. The landlord is also very welcoming and responds promptly with all kinds of help and useful information. Hope to stay here again if we could back to Syracuse .

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Wir hatten zu zweit 5 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Gianmario. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Altstadt von Noto genießen zu können. Die Terrasse haben wir für die Pause am Nachmittag genossen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden und auch gut zu finden, wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat. Der Check-in & Check out durch Luisa war sehr nett, unproblematisch und unterhaltsam. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!

Appartement charmant, entièrement équipé, facile d'accès et parfaitement placé pour découvrir la bellissima Ortigia. Cristiana est une hôtesse réactive et arrangeante. Les petites attentions (café et gâteaux) laissées pour nous ont été très appréciées ! Nous recommandons 🪷

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulitissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, fatto lavatrice e goduto del bellissimo terrazzo. Il parcheggio in strada non è mai stato un problema. E non è cosa da poco.

Great location in Ortega. Patio is large with seats and table. Limited common space for hanging out inside. Host was very responsive and gave lots of recommendations for things to do and see. Would recommend.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Maria Theresa’s place! The apartment was lovely, and Maria Theresa was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the restaurant just below the apartment, which made it a bit noisy until around midnight. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!
