This place was ideal for a calm vacation. I went with my two kids and its was kid friendly. The children’s pool was great. The location was amazing. I did appreciate how they were able to accommodate us earlier than the 3 PM check-in. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful. Having the parking garage was a huge plus. The host was responsive and very helpful. Restaurants are of walking distance and it was a really great and safe place to be.

A great location... everything super good... only 2 observations.. 1. the pressure of the keys to the bathroom and kitchen is low. 2. the pool hours are not good and 7pm must be out. despite these observations the accommodation is worth it.. An excellent place, with direct access from the beach to the pool area, very conveniently located and very comfortable, I definitely recommend it. The host responds quickly and is always attentive to any questions.

it is a nice and quite place if you are seeking for relaxing vacations, access to the beach club and the private beach which make it a must, but to be honest with the condo swimming pool is enough, the view from the apartment was beautiful, and the sunset at the beach topnotch. Definitely we will come back. 🇨🇦🇪🇨

I was delighted with the apartment. It was just as in the photos, comfortable, elegant and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay the best!: Lorena left us a beautiful gift (wine) that we really appreciated, with the fabulous sunset that can be seen from the apartment's balcony. Great view from the sea !!! It featured amenities such as pools, sauna, Turkish, games, and everything within walking distance of the beach. We pass it very nice in new year watching the fireworks. Manuel is always friendly and attentive to our concerns.

Loved this place, right on the Malacon walking distance to shops and restaurants, the ocean is across the street. you can't beat the view from the 20th floor....

Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

Maria Augusta's service was very warm, and proactive. Particularly I am a very tidy person and that there are rules of accommodation both for entry and departure from the house, I thought it was excellent. The house is impeccable, very clean, in order. Just like in the pictures. I recommend the place as it is very quiet and above all safe. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you

Such a blast!!! Everything starts with location , beautiful, peaceful place, safe with guards . Social area, pool, tennis courts, and playground. We enjoyed our vacation, house was cleaned, every supply needed, absolutely it's a going back. Jessica was helpful, great host 👏.

Unbeatable place to rest and share with family

We had an excellent experience over the weekend. The house is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for relaxing, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet atmosphere. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. You can see the love with which they maintain the place. Ideal for relaxing, sharing with family or friends. We would definitely go back!
