This place was excellent and 15/20 minutes to hotel zone.

Pilar and friends were absolutely amazing. I felt welcomed, I felt safe. The security and staff on the property were great as well. Everybody made my son and I feel right at home. The space is gorgeous. Very spacious. The views were stunning. Pilar scheduled transportation from and back to the airport as well. Our drivers were courteous and kind. We got there a little early but security and staff welcomed us and let us sit by the pool until the space was ready. The property is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well. I would definitely and highly recommend this beautiful space for your stay in Cancun.

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

The airbnb was great. Great location very safe and vibrant. Close to the center of the island. The airbnb had a triple lock which made us feel safe. We were able to park our golfcart inside the airbnb. 100% recommend

Wendy’s parents live next door and her sister manages guest care. They were extraordinarily helpful and kind. The house and location are lovely. A quiet, gated community with lots of trees and birds. The rooms and kitchen are spacious and pretty, and I slept really well. Great place to recover from dental surgery!

The place was beautiful, definitely worth it if you want a more private area to come back to after your day. Very spacious, 3 floors, and the room on the top floor is gorgeous.

It is a super nice stay, you feel at home, it is very well done because of the style they gave it and very comfortable, I would definitely come back.

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

The location of the house is primo! We found the family environment safe and a perfect way to experience the island culture. We will definitely visit again!

A very pleasant, quiet and beautiful stay

Yuruany was an excellent host. The house inside was just as pictured. AC in every room, beds were very comfortable, and had all of the amenities of home. The location is central to Cancun, easy to get around, and quiet. Yuruany was very receptive to our needs, quick response, and professional. Definitely, recommend staying here for anyone.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The home was beautiful inside and out. The decks were gorgeous, and we had so much fun floating by the dock and lounging in the small pool, watching and waving to the boats float by on the channel -ranging from fishing boats to huge catamarans, and even a couple of super yachts! We spent probably 80% of our time out there. We vastly preferred the feel of being a block off the main road in a vibrant neighborhood, and the space of a house over being in the overly touristy North Beach area for our stay. That said, that area was a short, inexpensive cab ride away. We did rent a cart for 24 hours to explore the island on our own and hit our favorite Punta Sur spots. (Recommend picking it up in the late afternoon to maximize your usage) Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Pretty sure this will be our island home on all future visits!!

We were a large group !! Had an excellent stay ! Host was very communicative, location was easy to find. ! Pool was great , we had a golf cart made getting around so easy !

Amazing place and even better hosts. Lore and Mayte were phenomenal and always a message away. The home was beautiful and my group enjoyed the pool. Check in was a breeze and using uber was no problem. We felt very safe and secure. Will recommend this place to everyone! We are looking forward to returning in the future!! Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first trip to Isla Mujeres! Beautiful beach views and close to shops & restaurants on both the north & south ends of the island! The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of room for our 2 families. Communication with the concierge prior to the trip was wonderful & they had golf carts rented & delivered right to the house for us! Someone met us at the house when we arrived & showed us around & gave us all the info we needed. The pool was cool & refreshing on the hot days & they provided plenty of beach towels to use. My only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty & didn’t work in one of the upstairs rooms. Not sure if the issue was the house specifically or just reception on the island in general. Either way we managed to have a great time without it! :)

Casa hormiga was so welcoming! Beautiful place, super clean and the location is great! Roberto is an amazing host, super friendly and very responsive! We had the best time at the place and it’s truly a hidden gem! All the amenities were very useful. I definitely recommend this place!
