Vacation rentals with breakfast in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Very, very welcoming and helpful person!

Edith is a great host! She was welcoming, helped us with directions, gave us thoughtful advices and answered all questions we had. During our stay we felt at home, that was a great feeling t have for a more than two weeks, we vary appreciate that! The place itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, spacious kitchen ( we cooked a lot and enjoyed it) The location is great: Walmart and Grand Shopping Plaza is within 10 min walking distance, restaurants, laundry, public transport - everything is close. The neighborhood is amazing, it is safe family neighborhood, also there is a playground where we enjoyed playing ball games close to the place. Kabah park is close, there we had a great peaceful walks and had a chance to see a crocodile and orange iguana. It's easy to get to all beaches buy taxi or public transport, public buses are running every 15 min. We would definitely recommend Edit's place for a stay!!

Five stars but I wish I could leave one hundred stars for Esthela and Jorge's AirBnB. It is the very best AirBnB I have ever stayed with. Esthela and Jorge are very kind, very thoughtful and very helpful and generous in every way. I tend to be a shy person, but I soon felt so comfortable with them in their home...it was great in every way and especially in the important ways. Every morning we were served a delicious, homemade and ample breakfast. The location is great for walking to the nearby market, stores and restaurants. Uber trips are short to get to other top attractions. The neighborhood is also nice. I came to Cancun for dental work and their home was perfect for resting after treatment. Esthela was so sweet to offer to make me soft meals. There are no communication problems with English, because both Esthela and Jorge are bilingual. I plan to return to Cancun in the future and I really hope to return to see my new friends. Do not hesitate to enjoy their wonderful hospitality!

Certainly my best AirBnB experience so far. Thank you Mariana for being such an incredible host! The private bedroom and bathroom were perfect, in a beautiful and lovely house, the location was easy to find and even easier from the airport with Mariana's tips. You made my journey in Mexico so simple and infinitely more incredible than originally planned - thanks to your amazing recommendations. It was a pleasure to talk with you for hours about travels and local culture. Hope to see you soon in your adventures!

Ivan est un hôte réactif et attentionné. Le logement est très bien, propre et sécurisé. Vu que c'est une zone sécurisée il est nécessaire de passer deux postes de sécurité avant d'arriver au logement, il vaut mieux parler espagnol pour trouver plus facilement mais on y arrive! :) Le logement est à 20/25min de l'aéroport et des zones sympas de Cancun mais il est nécessaire d'avoir son véhicule où d'utiliser des taxis (les transports en commun semblent assez compliqués pour cette zone). Merci encore Ivan, nous recommandons sans problème :) Au plaisir!

Quiero agradecer a nuestros anfitriones por su hospitalidad y amabilidad durante nuestra estancia en su alojamiento. Desde el momento de la reserva, la comunicación fue excelente y siempre estuvo dispuesto a responder nuestras preguntas. El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable y con fácil acceso a transporte público. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. Además, la ubicación del alojamiento nos permitió explorar Cancún y sus alrededores de manera muy conveniente. Pudimos visitar playas paradisíacas, ruinas mayas y disfrutar de la deliciosa gastronomía local sin tener que recorrer largas distancias. Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento a cualquier persona que esté buscando un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y con un excelente servicio en Cancún. ¡Gracias de nuevo por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable!

This is a hotel on the ocean. The room is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and ocean (though some trees make it a little hard to see the ocean). It has a very authentic Mexican feel to it and the receptionist was very friendly. Wifi is fast and there is Netflix. Walk in shower is nice and large. There is no beach for swimming but the pool is nice. Breakfast (toast, fruit, juice) is also included for free.

What a beautiful place to stay, right across the street from a beach and walkable to the north side. Everyone who worked at Icaco was so helpful and made our stay comfortable and peaceful. Will be back again!

Private room with bathroom in a beautiful house. Friendly owners and well connected. I really liked it!

Todo estubo muy bien,dejare unos comentarios en privado esperando sean tomados en cuenta pero vale la pena lugar tranquilo, agradable, buena zona, frente a centro comercial muy grande muchas opciones para comer, facil transportación, solo un detalle de mas cuidado en baños pero nada grave

Had a great stay at Alex's home . His Manager Marlen was very friendly and always ready to fix fast a few things that were not working properly . Also taking good care of the morning breakfast witch in most cases had to be prepared the day before , since i had early commitments. Would be renting again if I have to come back to Cancun.

Both Eva and her property were amazing. She has such a sweet and warm personality, and she was incredibly communicative. Her instructions were very helpful and she gave a great recommendation for a taxi company. The property itself is a paradise. I fell asleep to the sound of the wind through all the lush vegetation. The inside of her home has so much incredible art! And the breakfast she prepared was fantastic. I was delighted with my stay here and hope to come back.

Maragarita and Felipe are wonderful hosts and their young son, Leon, was good company too. They welcomed and treated us like family and we became good friends. Both Maragarita and Felipe were very helpful and caring when my husband was ill and Maragarita even got up very early to give us a lift to the ferry when we left. Despite being very busy with the restaurant, they always had time to talk and share lots of interesting things, in English too! They made breakfast for us to eat with them every morning, all very relaxed, and cooked some lovely meals for us to eat in their restaurant in the evening, where you can sit out in the romantic moonlight .The setting is beautiful, all the beauty of La Isla without the crowds and noise, and we had free run of the lovely garden and the jetty where Felipe's amazing yacht is moored, all of which we overlooked from our bedroom. Very lovely indeed!
