Vacation rentals with beach access in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Pequeño y pintoresco departamento, bien equipado pero lo mejor es la ubicación, hermosa playa, amaneceres incomparables y muy buena atención de la anfitriona, recomendado.

Hermosa vista como se ve en las fotos, todo muy tranquilo y agradable sin duda regresaría.

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

Das Appartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wunderschönn mit einer gigantische Aussicht auf das Türkis blaue Meer. Es hat alles was man braucht. Sogar einen Wasserspender war auf dem Zimmer. Balkon, Pool,… alles top! Können wir sehr empfehlen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. We look forward to returning! Thanks Juan and Edith!

This Airbnb was perfect for our weekend getaway at the beach! The space was clean and the hosts were very helpful with everything we needed! 10/10 recommend :)

Great start to our week in Cancun. Walk to the ferry to see the Isla Mujeres…pool And neighborhood restaurant was amazing

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

This home is beautiful and in a great location! The beach and lots of restaurants and shopping are very close. We loved that we were able to park inside a gated area so our car felt safe. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. We also loved the included filtered water. Just a note, there are lots of concrete stairs inside the unit so we had to pay close attention to our 1 year old, it may also be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to this area!

This location is interesting. Beautiful ocean views and lovely pool. A few things need to be refreshed. The outdoor propane table had no gas and there was a mess at the grill. The house is wonderful except if they can fix the penthouse neighbor door close noise. It sounds like a slam every time they came out or went in and there’s no privacy to the kitchen and living room while they come in and out. But the 3 BR and baths are lovely. The house is really well stocked and Everything Isla has a gem of a person named Kate who is lovely and helped answer several questions I directed to her despite it not being her role. Please note the local neighbors are super nice and the surrounding location is great (exception to note there is no beach) and food options are wonderful, from high end to street tacos a few blocks away. It’s a little pricey but it’s also really nice so it’s a real review for folks who wanna know.

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

Juan's place was excellent! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. All rooms had king size beds except for 1 room, and it wasn't used at all. 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom down stairs for convenience. Great location, Mall was a 5 minute walk which included several great restaurant's to choose from, a 7-Eleven 5 minute walk as well Bus stop was a 10 minute walk that took you up and dowm the Hotel Zone and into downtown Cancun! Highly recommend. Juan was always available day or night for any questions you may have. 24 hour on site Security as well

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Bethany is amazing! Her place is just like the pictures, absolutely breath taking. Clean, close to everything you would ever want to do, safe location, we cannot recommend it enough. Bethany also provides suggestions of things to do, has private chefs available to cook for you, first class all the way! We will definitely be back

Our family left this vacation so relaxed! We took a red eye flight and got to Takh early in the morning. We were expecting to leave our luggage and take an Uber into the hotel zone to grab some food, but to our surprise, they accomodated an early check-in which helped us get settled quickly. The staff and security downstairs were so lovely - we felt safe the entire time. Although there was air conditioning, we loved having the balcony doors open with the ocean breeze cooling our space down instead. We ate breakfast outside daily, and the view was perfect for peacefully starting the day. The second room had two beds, so even though our sons had to share a room, they liked having their own bed. 3 full bathrooms is such a plus! The pool upstairs was easy to access and clean, however, my family and I ended up walking across the street to the beach more since it was so close. Thomas was so helpful and responsive! Thank you for such a great stay.

Elegí este Airbnb a nada de irme para Cancún. Tuve toda una aventura con este viaje y de verdad sentí paz una vez que elegí este alojamiento. Fueron los mejores hosts del mundo. Fue un viaje por mi cumpleaños y permitieron que llegaran flores de mi novio y amigos. Todo el tiempo se ve el staff de los condominios cuidando y procurando, excelentes instalaciones no solo del departamento si no de todo el complejo. Las aplicaciones como DiDi, Uber, etc funcionando al 100% muchísimas opciones en especial si llegas tarde. De igual manera pasan los camiones de la ruta hotelera seguido, enfrente de los condominios. Se puede caminar muy tranquilamente por fuera y dentro. Nunca hubo escándalo, algo que se agradece. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pudimos cocinar nuestros alimentos y bañarnos sin ningún inconveniente. En ningún momento vimos bichos. Me encantó! Y def es un lugar que recomendaré y volveré pronto.

El departamento nos encantó, está súper cerca de la playa ballenas, estaba muy cómodo para las 6 personas que nos alojamos en el, sin duda volvería a quedarme con mi familia aquí. Tomen en cuenta que no cuenta con elevador por lo que hay que subir escaleras para entrar. Los camiones pasan muy cerca del condominio, buenos restaurantes en la zona

Excelente atención por parte de Claudia y todo el equipo, súper atentos y con explicaciones sencillas. Autocheck in y check out. Excelente ubicación, cerca de tiendas de conveniencia (Oxxo, farmacias), así como de muelles para tomar el ferry para isla mujeres (3-5 min), lo suficientemente cerca de zona de fiesta (3-4 min en carro o camión) parada de autobús al salir del complejo Departamento de tres habitaciones dos de ellas con baño privado, cocina comedor y sala amplios, cocina súper equipada (microondas, horno, licuadora, tostador y estufa), terraza con comedor y mesas-silla descanso. camas cómodas y limpias, baño con todo lo necesario, y toallas para uso en departamento y otra para fuera del mismo. Playa hermosa tranquila como alberca, muy segura para niños, cuenta con camastros y red de voleibol, alberca grande con agua templada que cierra tarde. Cuenta con un restaurante y bar. Excelente para grupos grandes, NOS ENCANTÓ (así en mayúsculas) sin duda repetiriamos. Gracia
