By far the best value for money place in Bavaro. 10 min walk to the beach and very close to some convenience stores and restaurants. The studio was just perfect for the two of us with the build in kitchen, dining table with chairs and the romantic balcony overlooking the main street. Borislav helped us organising the trip to Isla Saona and with the airport transfers. Altogether 1A experience. Highly recommended!

My friends and I rented this charming condo for my birthday celebration, and it was exactly as pictured—super clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The “pooluzzi” was the size of a jacuzzi, but it wasn’t heated, so keep that in mind. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even smoother. Check-in was easy, and the condo was simple to find. The only downside was the check-out process. My friend and I used the white towels provided, and we were later charged because the host claimed they were damaged—before even attempting to wash them. To avoid this, I’d recommend bringing your own towels or washing the ones you use before checking out. The electricity charges were reasonable, and while the WiFi worked fine for the most part, it was a bit spotty at times. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! We’ve just completed a wonderful 3 month stay. We have seen a number of condos in this complex and Lucinda’s is the most modernized and well equipped. Lucinda and Pappo are very and I will underline very responsive to any queries or minor issues we had. It was very reassuring not to have any stresses in relation to the hosts. The grounds are kept immaculately with full time live in maintenance and gardeners. There is a good mix of tenants and we made many friends. The condo is very well located approximately equidistant to the beaches of El Cortecito and Los Corales and very convenient to the Ciccolela supermarket which I highly recommend. We found products there not carried by even the large supermarkets like Sirena or Jumbo and the prices were competitive.

The apartment is just like the photos, for a couple or single person it is perfect. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, it is very ventilated. And the pool is quite acceptable, I never saw it full of people, so you can enjoy it quietly. The location of the apartment is good, surrounded by restaurants, ice cream shop, supermarket and super rich playground😋. The beach is a little withdrawn, you should walk like 3 blocks but no mess, that's fine. The sea is nice and there are many beach clubs that just for consumption you can stay in the lounge chairs, the ocean view is beautiful. The Uber works well if you want to move, just insure and confirm the price with the taxi, to avoid problems, most want me to pay it in cash (at consideration).
