We loved the place, it has a spectacular view. The department comes with everything you need for a nice stay. We enjoyed the peace of mind we needed. There is a market nearby with a variety of good quality products. We will definitely be back on our next vacation again.

The beach is beautiful and very clean. The house has direct access to the sea and the view was wonderful. It was perfect for a trip with friends, swimming in the sea and making a bonfire. Mr. Luis was very friendly and was always ready to help. The house has other tenants on the upper floors but we didn't feel any inconvenience, in fact we didn't see them. I highly recommend that you rent the house if you want a moment of tranquility, sun and sea.

Awesome experience!!!!The house is easy to find and security is good.The interior is also very nice. The host also prepared brand new utensils. It is an excellent part of the barbecue. The balcony on the second floor has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset!

The duplex is very nice, modern and in perfect condition. Great view! And space! The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also hand towels a hand soaps and also toilet paper 😊on every toilet space! Great! To get to the sea you have to cross and walk down a big flight of stairs. Only the beaches are stone and it is difficult to get to the sea. A better option is to go to the beach of Santa Maria beach ( 10 min) by car. san Bartolo has beaches that are more suitable for surfers than regular visitors. There are several restaurants and markets close by. 100m from the apartment there is a minimarket with all kinds of good meat freezer and fresh for on the BbQ! What is wrong in summer time is a fan for each bedroom. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 fans. It is super pleasant to enjoy the view during breakfast or sunset! The apartament is recommended if you are looking for a nice, sleek place on the coast with a great view!

Mr. Carlos' apartment is nicer than what you see in the photos. It has a breathtaking view and is quite spacious. In addition, Mr. Carlos was in constant communication with us. We loved it!

This is a must to anyone visiting San Bartolo. Location is great close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Unit was great, very nice, amazing view, great for families spending their vacation. The host was great really helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very well laid out and the decoration is 10/10. It has a beautiful view of the sea and access to the beach is quite easy thanks to the elevator. It also has all the kitchen equipment and even board games to hang out. Super comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels. We had a great time as a family, I just recommend arriving early to find parking near the building.

This is the third time I stayed at Karla's place and it's always a pleasure. The apt is so comfortable, the view is spectacular. Very convenient location to move around Lima. Very clean .Karla is very attentive and quick to respond if you have any question. She even left us a 5 gallon of drinking water just because. I will continue to reach to her every time a travel to Lima. Way to go Karla!! Thank you!!!

Very comfortable stay! The description of the apartment was clear and Diana's service was excellent. I highly recommend it for groups of friends or families looking for a quiet oceanfront place to get out of the routine.

The house is super spacious and located on the second row from the sea, and you can park on the property. Everything is spacious and very well maintained. Everything was super clean, new appliances, the pool is small as seen in the photos but with a jacuzzi effect. The towels and sheets are good quality, as are the mattresses. The water pressure is very good and we always had hot water. Rafael was very friendly and always attentive. He left us water, ice and extended our check-out time. The house has a kind of suite with a separate entrance that is not included in the description or use of the house. But it is connected to the interior of the house by a door. When we mentioned this to Rafael, he made sure to leave it empty. The house is cool and has a nice view, it is an excellent choice for a family or group.
