The property is located near the city and parks, we were able to walk around the area. The house was clean and looks exactly like the photos. Josephine was a great host!

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Another fantastic stay at this lovely house in the most perfect location. Being able to head around the lake so easily is such a bonus. Tracy was very quick with all communication and queries I had. Everything you need is in the hosue and the bd very comfortable. # WIll definitely stay again when in Hamilton

Beautiful home, very private and a quiet neighbourhood, right across the street from Hamilton Golf Club. Stunning views from the living room. Big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a large open kitchen. Coffee shop and cafes close by as is fantastic bike trail along the river. It was so cold when we arrived that Angela even put the electric blanket on, and left some beverages in the fridge for us. So welcoming and a wonderful host, we will definitely be back when we travel for work to NZ again. Thank you so much Angela.

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

Another great stay at Jacqui’s place. The host goes out of her way to make the guests as comfortable as possible. We appreciated the heat pump being turned on in advance of our arrival and an electric blanket on the bed for an elderly family member.

Lovely place to stay and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the hospital which was perfect for us. Cici is an awesome host. Would definitely book again.

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

This home is absolutely stunning and came fully equipped with all the essential amenities we needed. The space was ideal for our whanau, providing both comfort and practicality. Everything was immaculate, with a sparkling clean finish that made our stay even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Craig!

We occupied the house whilst working Field Days - After long hours on your feet in the brazen cold winds and rain, Hospital Haven was the thing me and my team looked forward to coming home to every night. We will definitely rebook in the future, everything you need in one sitting. A whole house to feel comfortable and relaxed without restrictions. Everything was pristine, clean and well presented - there was nothing we needed to go and purchase as everything was already there at the home. For us, this is a 5 star facility. Carla communication made us feel at home in her home where we had the entire downstairs level. The bed is very comfortable and the seperate living room with TV is an excellent space to relax. Microwave, fridge and tea making bench in the internal garage is a very useful. I was able to park in the garage and close the door which I appreciated, seeing Carla was absent. We felt very comfortable and recommend this clean, neat and tidy stay. Separate shower and toilet room for our exclusive use, completed the great stay. Thanks, for having us in your centrally located apartment. It is all that we needed for an overnight visit to Hamilton.

Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.
