Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The entire house is for your use. The Sliding gate, fenced yard, and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. It's not modern in style. It's not on a Cul-de-sac, and sometimes can hear traffic noise. The entrance has 3 steps. Reconnect with nature at this brand new property. Whilst only 10 minutes from the city you are able to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Relax in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing whilst listening to the birds sing. We have 2 kune kune pigs (Cookie & Freckles) and a dwarf cow called Penny who are all extremely friendly and love a good cuddle and scratch.
