Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful pristine brand new house. Everything was better than expected. Huge modern master suite. Shame we couldn’t stay longer.

Our big family had a great stay at Nathan’s place over the Easter weekend. There was lots to do including a hot tub, pool, dartboard, tennis court and games. Best yet, it is also home to lots of sheep and some chickens! During our stay we were able to enter the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs in the morning! Very lovely home and 100% would go back again.

I had an amazing stay at Tineke's place! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful quiet atmosphere. The Beach batch was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The King bed was super comfortable & spacious, and I loved the nature touches, Tineke was an excellent communicator, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Overall, I felt very welcome and comfortable during my stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely, luxurious and convenient spot with stunning veiws of all points in Raglan!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location in the center is perfect, offering a beautiful view of Raglan Bay. The infrastructure was excellent, and the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. This was already our second stay in a Groundswell Property apartment, and we were once again impressed. The communication was very professional and smooth. Cherie's place was perfect for our stop to the areas famous attraction, Hobbiton. Was just minutes to the location and made the early tour easy to get to. would definitely recommend!

Excellent place to stay for a group, the separate dwellings is a bonus, easy access to walkway 10 min walk to town. Would stay again no problems. Awesome host, great communication.

Absolutely stunning spot! The views were amazing right from the living room and deck. The kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed our two nights there. Took advantage of the hot tub. Julls was a wonderful host and very responsive. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!!!

Fabulous apartment. Spotlessly clean. Was lovely to meet Cheryl and Mark, who gave us some great tips on places to visit. We went to Bowentown and went to the top, the views were stunning. Loved the special touches like cereal, toast, toppings and milk, much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was very good. Cheryl's garden was beautiful and you could actually hear the waves whilst sitting with our morning coffee. Just a short walk to the beach too. Absolutely recommend and would love to return.

Lovely unit with all you need… and more! Nice quiet location too. We made good use of the cooking facilities and washing machine. We were very lucky to be treated to some home baked muffins! What a treat!

We had a wonderful weekend at Annie and Chris' apartment! The location is tucked away in the bush with a beautiful ocean view, where you can see surfers and hear waves crashing. It really feels like you're in the wilderness! Only a 10 min drive from the Raglan shops and restaurants, and local walks are only a few mins' drive away. Highly recommend this for a peaceful weekend. Fabulous hosts with fresh milk and delicious cookies on our arrival - thank you for having us!

A beautiful, peaceful escape with everything you need. Lovely presentation, cosy and Megan communicates quickly and clearly.

Lovely stay about 10-15 minute drive from town. Nice and clean. Queen bedroom is in a loft with no doors and king is in a private bedroom, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, the home was the perfect size for 3 adults, who mostly stayed inside due to inclement weather. Did not walk to the beach during our stay but after checking out, it was a short and pleasant drive.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were surprised at how spacious and big the rooms were and also the bathrooms were spotless clean and glad there was a bathtub to bathe our daughter. The area was quiet and peaceful as well. The comms were easy going which made our stay a breeze. Once we arrived, Grant came by to introduce himself and also checked if we needed anything which was so welcoming. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

Easy to locate and access. Very clean and well set out. The kitchen provided a selection of appliances and everything you needed for this space. Comfortable lounge furniture to relax while catching up. Primo sized bedrooms, one with a onsuite and 2nd bathroom was great. The bedroom with single beds did not have any towel or flannel, borrowed one from room next door. The trains seemed to be busy throughout the night, otherwise perfect for the 3 of us overnight, thank you Aleanna this apartment is well kept and presented. Ngā mihi - Teresa

Tracey’s place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It had everything you would need when staying away from home. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again.
