Villa La Magnolia, 10 minutes from Avignon intra-muros, located in the charming town of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. You will have 700 m² of outdoor space, with a swimming pool nestled at the top of a small hill and offering a unique, very pleasant and unobstructed view. Modern and well-equipped interior for a comfortable stay in this villa with quality services. Two parking spaces and bus access 1 min walk away. Avignon TGV station is 10 minutes drive, or taxi. The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
