Come and spend a few days in our outbuilding. New place, well equipped. Large living room with high ceiling and exposed beams. Street parking is available in front of our house. We are located 4 km from the center of La Rochelle and 800 meters from a commercial area. towels, sheets and dish towels for 5 euros for one bed, 10 euros for 2 beds. Located on the bike path that leads to downtown La Rochelle in 10 minutes, on a bus line, near the ring road (10 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge) and especially in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with independent access, private parking and a private garden. Rated 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme, it has all the amenities to have a good vacation or a relaxing weekend. Baby bed, high chair, safety barrier.
