Fantastic apartment and great view. Very comfortable and spotless cleaning. We were in a couple and two small children and the space was very good providing comfort for all. Spend the late afternoon drinking wine on the balcony and looking at the lake will be one of the great things you will do in this apartment. Indico very much and I am sure that whoever comes would be very pleased.

The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the beach access, restaurants and stores. In addition to being super comfortable, it has good mattresses, which is appreciated.

Maria Eliana's apartment is just like the photos. Super comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake and volcano. We could see a beautiful sunrise from the window. It's super comfortable because the parking is covered and the entrance to the apartment is by elevator, which makes it very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. It has a 24-hour front desk with very friendly people. Maria Eliana is always attentive to our needs. She allowed us to check out a little later, which was great for us to see Puerto Varas clear since we had 2 days of rain. We loved the apartment, although it is not super close to the center, it is in front of the lake in an area with many restaurants and the walk to the center is beautiful! Thank you very much for everything We recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Apartment is in a good location, meters from the coast, food track-minimarket and nearby restaurants. We had pleasant days in the apartment, very happy with everything. Grateful to host.

I'd like to highlight the good communication with the host, always responding super fast. The apartment is beautiful, warm, comfortable and spacious. The building has amenities and we could even do laundry. That adds a lot. The area is a bit far from downtown, but a few meters away there is public transport and there are several very good restaurants in the area. Otherwise, an Uber is approximately 4000 pesos to downtown. I recommend it and would come back.

My stay at Aicha's apartment in Puerto Varas was absolutely extraordinary! The apartment itself was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the lake and town center, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and volcanoes. What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was Aicha's hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Puerto Varas. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled trip, this apartment has it all. Thank you, Aicha, for an unforgettable stay - I hope to return someday! Beautiful apartment, very well-kept and located in a strategic area within walking distance of everything. I only had a small problem with a guest (who I didn't register by mistake) but it was quickly resolved.

I had a great stay. The apartment is in excellent condition, very comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean (10/10). The beds are very comfortable and the building is quiet, ideal for resting. The environment is very nice and quiet; although it is not in the center, it is accessible by vehicle and has good access to order delivery or transportation by apps. It includes parking, which was a big plus. The host was very friendly and always available to help during the stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

There are not enough words to say how much Cata helped us with her beautiful home. We had a slight problem the first time with internet and her kind and EXTREMELY amazing person who was cleaning helped us out immediately. Cata showed up and it was instant friendship! Not only is it comfortable, the view was perfect, the local markets were a short distance as were the GREAT restaurants! I felt so incredibly safe with their security system and the staff at the condo was AMAZING in the building! I would give Cata 10 stars if that were available!!! Both my husband and I were so comfortable there we truly want to move there! Thank you Cata for your lovely home, your lovely kindness and your lovely help!

Well located apartment; with many details that make you feel welcome; modern, small but well used terrace, quality furniture in general. The shower and water is 7.0. Sheets and warm and clean linens. Impeccable towels, kitchen cloth, heater that you require to take only a while; and a long etcetera. We stayed one night, and it was fully compliant with the listing and features. Thank you so much.
