Mi estadía fue excelente. El alojamiento es muy confortable y cómodo, con todo lo para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es muy conveniente, con locomoción a la puerta y tiendas cercanas. Además, el guardia de recepción en la mañana es muy gentil, lo que hace que la estadía se sienta familiar. El sábado hubo un poco de ruido por la cervecería cercana, pero nada molesto, simplemente cerrando el ventanal se soluciona. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Daniel 10 puntos, siempre atento a todas nuestras dudas, nos aconsejó puntos de interés y nos consiguió Info. El dpto excelente, espacioso la pile en los días q estuvimos solo para nosotros, parece q los que viven allí no la usan. Es pequeña pero como solo estábamos nosotros fue suficientemente. Ubicación genial, barrio de muchos edificios hermosos. En la puerta del condominio pasaba el bus q x 2 bs te lleva a la plaza principal. Volvería a alquilar el dpto.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Freddy’s it was the perfect stop over from Samaipata en route to La Paz. We loved the rooftop pool and the easy and quick washing machine/dryer was so useful. It was super quiet, close to a supermarket and had a balcony too! Everything you could ask for. Freddy also let us have late check out as we had a night bus, which was so kind. Thank you Freddy!

Excelente lugar, coincide con las descripciones publicadas, tiene todas las comodidades y está provisto de lo necesario para tener una buena estadía, se percibe el detalle y cariño en cada cosa dispuesta a brindar un buen descanso, la anfitriona fue amable y atenta en las interacciones. Las vistas son bonitas, la zona es tranquila y segura, lo recomiendo, volvería sin dudar.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia, sobre todo la atención del host, Jairo. Siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El departamento es tal cual las imagenes, comodo y nuevo. La ubicación perfecta, en calle tranquila y cerca a locales y actividades. Lo recomiendo y de seguro volvemos.

Muy linda casa, los chicos disfrutaron mucho de la piscina a pesar que nos tocó un par de días de mal tiempo. El espacio para parrillada excelente. La casa espaciosa y cómoda. La pasamos muy bien. Excelente para familias con hijos.

Muy bonito el departamento, muy acogedor y buen lugar, el anfitrión fue muy amable desde la reservación hasta el día que nos retiramos, lo recomiendo.

It was just what we needed for our quick stop in Santa Cruz and very close to the airport. Cecilia was flexible with our check in and very responsive and helpful. I would stay there again.

Alejandro’s place is great and has many amenities. Our only recommendation for him is to double check if everything is OK before the guests check in. By the time we arrived, there were not bath tissues, kitchen towels and detergent. They provided these items after we made the claim. Out of the three showers, only one has hot water, and one of the bathrooms sink was out of service. Other than that, the place is enjoyable and we would come back in the future.

Liliana and her husband were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They were efficient at responding to questions and small issues. Liliana and her family met us at check in to show us their home. Their home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s far from the city (which means a tranquil, quiet, and safe gated community). The enclosed back yard was PERFECT for our two dogs. The back patio was bright and sunny and clothes we washed dried quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily prepared several meals. The neighborhood was very pleasant. We went out at night on several occasions to walk to the dogs or to run to the little market and we felt very safe. As soon as we made ourselves known to the gate guards we had no trouble going in and out of the condominium. A taxi to the city center will run you about 40bs and 30ish minutes. If you have the time and prefer to spend less, you can hop on the micro bus that runs in front of the community. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the city center, this place is perfect. Great community amenities, privacy, fast internet, dog-friendly. And Liliana and Benjamin were wonderfully accommodating! We will surely look for their place next time we travel through Santa Cruz with our pups! Highly recommend!
