Aldo is a super host, always ready to answer and help, the instructions were very clear, the place is safe and we felt taken care of all the time! This place was perfect for our needed escape from everything, the place was beautiful, perfect and cozy, there beach near its easy to walk to, the bar next to its nice and oerfect to eat and drink next to the beach, and theres a lot to eat and drink near on a 10 to 20 min drive! We will be back for sure!

Spacious, modern and beautiful apartment, very tasteful, it has plenty of utensils for cooking, even an air fryer. Only a water bottle holder is missing. It's very centrally located, and Eric's service is immediate. The place is very safe, quiet for a good rest, which for me is very important, that there are no noises from the neighbors.

Javier place is very nice and clean , close to many restaurants , place looks just like in the photos , we did have a bit of trouble being guided to the apartment and there was no security when we arrived but thru out the rest of our stay security was always in his place .. defenetly a safe , warm , and enjoyable stay, will defenetly stay here again

I had a fantastic stay here the security team was super helpful They checked me in promptly when I arrived at the apartment it was clean spacious and comfy The view was amazing and the location of the unit is ideal walking distance to all the essentials needed. Spent a much needed relaxing weekend in Gaviotas. Brenden's place is exactly as described. A very cute studio for two. Clean, close to the water and the pool. Bed was very comfortable.

Great place for families and pets. Lots of walkable areas and local places to eat.

It definitely complies with everything the description offers. It's a new building, the staff is friendly and attentive, the pool is incredible with the jacuzzi, everything is impeccable, it deserves 5 stars. This accommodation is definitely recommended 👌

Apartment with a beautiful ocean view, very clean, a very safe place, the hosts were very attentive to our messages. Overall the stay was very comfortable for me and my companions. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time, but I do feel like the cleaning crew rushed our room because when we arrived, the room was not done yet and in one of the rooms the bed sheets were still dirty but other than thatI do recommend this place 😊

Great location, walking distance to main street. Very helpful and communicative. The area is super safe. Guards are strict with people coming in and out. Amenities listed are a plus as well

The apartment was hard to find because it didn't have an apartment number outside the red screen door.

Had a wonderful experience. Place is very clean and provides all essentials needed. Felt like home, very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone going on vacation or weekend get away. Indoor pool was great along with the hot tub.
