Gloria es una anfitriona excelente, buena comunicación y atenta a nuestra llegada, la cabaña de lujo muy acogedora, calentita y limpiecita. La recomiendo 100% porque además tiene una vista al lago previligiada , tuvimos un descanso muy reparador y flexible con el horario de salida. Muchas gracias gloria por tu atencion

Viajamos yo, mi esposa, suegra, cuñada y cuñado, y nuestra sobrina. Pasamos solo una noche en la casa, y quisiéramos haber pasado varias más. Nos gustó bastante el hecho que la casa esta construida usando material reciclado, y la insulacion excelente. Muy buena retención de temperatura. El concepto entero de la casa y la familia de arquitectos que la construyó y la mantiene es excelente y bastante interesante. Nos encantaría quedarnos aquí otra vez y se la recomendaremos a todas nuestras amistades, especialmente esos con familias. Muchísimas gracias y mejores deseos!

Isolde y su familia fueron súper amables, la cabaña es muy acogedora y tener a la familia a lado fue un plus, ya que elaboran y venden pan, mermelada y huevo, hay mini markets cerca para comprar cositas y restaurantes muy buenos, entre ellos la Dlizia y la querencia! También pudimos rentar ahí bastones y nos facilitaron información para realizar el hiking cerro castillo! Salimos felices :)

We were very happy with our stay at Raquel's cabin. Having read the reviews and various websites about the area it was pretty much as expected i.e. remote, quiet, no restaurants, and with a difficult road to get there. In reality, the road is in better shape then some parts of the Carretera Austral and there's a food truck that's open in the evening, although it's probably a good idea to bring your own food. The cabin is very clean and has a full kitchen (including a gas cooker and a microwave). Raquel and Sergio also offer a boat tour of the Marble caves which we enjoyed very much.

Lugar recomendado. Eramos 4 personas en la cabaña. Muy cómodo, limpio y con los utensilios precisos para poder cocinar. Laura y Andrés son muy amables, y estaban muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. Esperamos volver.

No conocía Rio Tranquilo y el alojamiento me dejó con muchas ganas de regresar. Tanto Yamilet como su madre muy atentas y presentes ante cualquier necesidad. Me hubiera gustado estar más días pero fuimos por un torneo de basquet. Muchas gracias por todo y seguramente hasta la próxima.

Beautiful house just a bit outside of puerto Rio Tranquilo. The kitchen is very well equipped and it has the best shower we had in all of Chile! It was clean and heating was working perfectly. The only downside for us was that there is no Wifi, it does say it in the description though I didn't read it properly. Since we also didn't have any phone reception (I believe only entel works here), we needed to go to town every time we wanted to use the internet. We also booked the glacier tour with Coni and it was very good! Would recommend staying here if you have a car and if it doesn't bother you not to have wifi. We had a great time 🙏
