Spacious apartment with the best ocean views. Whales can be enjoyed from the balcony having a cafe in winter or something cool in summer. Located a few blocks from downtown where there are the best restaurants , commercial premises, travel agencies, etc. Being able to enjoy a hike on the boardwalk, dock or the entire coastline both in summer and in winter.
