"7 SUNFLOWERS" Peace and comfort in a beautiful neighborhood

"7 Sunflowers" It really is a very quiet, beautiful, bright and cool space. It has everything you need to feel comfortable and you are not missing anything. We are willing to resolve any concerns from tenants. Everything works perfect, the water pressure and temperature are excellent, so you can take a very pleasant bath. Excellent central apartment on an eighth floor, two bedroom with ocean views. All the rooms are very bright and have a view of the coast. Both bedrooms with amenities. Living-dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, full bathroom with bathtub, 20-meter balcony-terrace with table and chairs. It also has a mother-in-law. It has Smart-Tv , Wifi, pot battery, microwave, electric hob, full crockery, set of sheets and towels.

A dining area offers a buffet setup with an array of dishes presented on a central table. Tables with chairs are arranged against large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. Framed artwork decorates the walls, complementing the modern décor.

- Breakfast is included - The room available at the moment has LED TV, wifi, bed linens, closet, etc. - We have a carport but the same is available. Check! - The living room is available 24h with SMART TV, Netflix session, microwave, electric sink, cold/hot water dispenser and refrigerator. - We have a beautiful terrace with a grill. -We are located in a central area and one and a half blocks from the sea.
