Es la segunda vez, que nos quedamos allí, el apto es super lindo, cómodo, excelente ubicación, Andre como Silvana super atentas. La zona es muy tranquila. y algo super importante la cama super cómoda para poder descansar bien . volveremos en siguientes estadías.

El lugar es un 10/10. Súper cómodo, impecable. Si vas a una actividad en la UCA es inmejorable. María 10/10. Todo perfecto. Volveré.

The apartment had great views of Buenos Aires. You can see spectacular sunrise and sunsets every day from the apartment. The laundry service in the basement is easy to use and affordable. There are many great restaurants in walkable distance. Additionally there is a grocer and butchery right next to the apartment. We loved stay in this apartment and will definitely stay there again.

¡Una ubicación privilegiada! Teníamos la zona turística más frecuentada a pasos. El dueño siempre estuvo atento a cualquier inconveniente que surgiera! Sin dudas volvería en un próximo viaje a Buenos Aires

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en Buenos Aires, somos una familia de 4 y el departamento estuvo perfecto para nosotros, muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Sofia y Paz siempre pendientes de todo con una respuesta rápida y efectiva. Definitivamente recomendaría su apartamento, su hospedaje cumplió nuestras expectativas.

Una vez más, es un placer volver al depto de Martina. Nos encanta. Gracias como siempre!!

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Angel gave great instructions for check in and check out. The building is located in a central location that made it easy to walk to your activity, Sube station, or the store. Washer/ dryer is a great addition and worked well. The Sube card in the apt made it easy to get around the city, we just reloaded it and used it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next apt over.

El departamento es precioso, los anfitriones siempre están pendientes, dispuestos a ayudar; responder preguntas y brindar soluciones, nuestra estancia fue increíble 100% recomendado, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos con ellos.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

la estancia en general es bastante buena, la cama es ortopédica por ende puede llegar a ser un poco dura si no estas acostumbrado de resto todo de 10

Lo recomiendo a todos . El barrio es muy tranquilo con muchas cosas para hacer , lugares para comer y tomar algo . El departamento es muy cómodo y podes descansar muy bien . La piscina interior es muy recomendable ya que está hasta las 24 luego de recorrer y llegar cansado de Buenos Aires El anfitrión es muy amable y responde muy rápidamente

A estadia foi excelente! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, em uma área segura e super agradável…conseguimos fazer muita coisa a pé, incluindo visitas aos melhores restaurantes da região, como Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, além de estar cercado por belos parques. O apartamento é bem organizado, com muitos utensílios disponíveis e uma cozinha completa. Fiquei feliz ao ver que tinha até ferro de passar roupa, algo que nem sempre é comum. A anfitriã Cynthya foi atenciosa do início ao fim: mandou recomendações úteis por wpp e sempre respondeu com rapidez. A portaria 24h nos deu ainda mais segurança, e isso fez toda diferença. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

lugarcito pequeño y hermoso en el corazón de recoleta, desde donde se podía caminar a muchas de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. David siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y fue miy amable. Lugar seguro y agradable

Julia’s apartment was amazing! It was just as she had listed on the app. She was super communicative and flexible with us on our early arrival. Everything from the receptionists, the spacious and beautiful apartment, and the location were spectacular. Julia was an amazing host. I would recommend this place to any first time travelers to the city and hope to come back here soon!
