Vacation rentals with a kayak in Puerto Galera

Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! We stayed at this Airbnb over the weekend for a family freediving lesson, and overall, it was a great experience! The host was very responsive and easy to talk to, which made our stay smooth and worry-free. The location was easy to find and perfectly suited for our freediving activities. The onsite restaurant served great food, and we especially enjoyed the warm and accommodating staff who were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Bonus points for the adorable dogs around the property—they added a fun and homey touch to our stay! The place is clearly designed for divers, so if you’re planning freediving lessons, this spot is a solid choice. While we didn’t expect a luxury stay, there are definitely some areas that could be improved—mainly the air conditioning, ventilation, and toilet facilities. Also, parking should ideally be free for guests. All in all, if you’re looking for a dive-focused getaway good food, and a laid-back vibe, this place delivers.

We enjoyed our stay and regret that we only booked it for overnight. We should’ve made it at least 3 days 2 nights. The photos are different in person because it is more beautiful seeing the actual place, which exceeded our expectations. Truly a nice and peaceful place to stay in Mabini. The pool was great, water is a bit warm, which we liked. We already knew about the beach since it is common in Mabini so the best way to enjoy it is to do snorkeling in the morning when its high tide. I brought my diving fins but wasn’t able to use it ‘coz you have to swim far from the shore, which scares the people I’m with. But my kids enjoyed getting seashells and small crabs. The road before the resort entrance is steep but we were advised in advance (about 150 m, angle 25) so it’s fine, not so hard. There were other small cars going in/out. Since the place was complete, we didn’t need to contact the caretakers. Something to improve, living room - better if air conditioned. Bedroom doors are noisy

This was one of the best stays I have had on Airbnb so far. Maria and Joseph are really great hosts; from the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and were always available to help with anything we needed. They even organized multiple day trips for us where we went hiking, drove to snorkeling spots with a boat, and also a boat trip to another island. The place is quiet and beautiful, and you have your own private access to the beach directly in front of the property. We were also able to borrow kayaks and explore the waters. The beach is great for snorkeling if you go further into the water; there are beautiful fish and marine life to see. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, with plenty of opportunities for adventure right on your doorstep.

I quickly felt right at home. The staff were helpful and the Manager was close at hand to sort out any needs. My room, a studio, had everything I needed including a functional kitchenl that I used everyvday. My view from the balcony was across the strailt to Luzon. l went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below my balcony.

It was worth the travel. The place was peaceful as expected. It’s one of the best place to stay if you need time away from stress of the city. The caretakers are very helpful. Since there was no restaurant around the area, luckily Ate Liezel was kind enough to prepare all the meals we need during our stay. They can arrange a private boar ride for you, just get ready to pay extra.

We love the place! It was a memorable trip for our family, got to experience just hanging out by the balcony enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. We love lounging at the pool, even saw a rainbow and there's that eagle that comes out every morning and afternoon. Property is just on the beach, bring aqua shoes it's a bit rocky but not the sharp kind. From the comfy beds, to the big bathroom, to the well-equipped kitchen, they provide all you need for a good vacation. You can cook your own food, they even have a grill area, or you can order food from their resto/tiki bar. We ordered all our meals from their resto and it was so worth it. Gotta try the Driftwood Pizza. I'm missing their mango shake and pork sisig already. Kudos to Owen and team. Felt like we're on a 5-star hotel with their service. They even helped us get a tuktuk for exploring the area. Thank you for taking care of us.

We had earlier booked a different place to spend the weekend in, but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to find another place. We were very lucky to find Richard's place--it suited our requirements (big place to accommodate our extended family; kitchen to cook in; pool for the kids; separate accommodations per family) and we were able to enjoy our weekend celebrating our mom's 75th birthday.
