We absolutely loved this home, it is an architectural beauty and in a prime location. The beach, shops, and nightlife is all a quick walk-away and we would not hesitate to go back or recommend this home. I stayed with a group of 7 girlfriends and we loved our time shared lounging around the pool and on the rooftop. The hosts were incredibly proactive and thoughtful, leaving amenities like mosquito repellant in the common spaces (much needed). Some thing to note: construction projects are active next door and across the street (quiet hours were not respected). We also had to park around the block due to the construction activity. Finally, we encountered some privacy surprises when the male maintenance staff let themselves into the house (no knock) and the constructions workers next door had a direct view into our pool-area (from their 2nd floor next door). This is a developing neighborhood so go prepared with ear plugs and enjoy this great 5-star home!

It’s was a great place to stay. Second to none with the view over the ocean. Close to most amenities including beaches. The only issue I had was the gas range had a hard time boiling water. I think the range was not working properly. Aside from this I would stay here again.

A GEM ! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the peaceful vibe — it truly feels like your own private oasis. You truly feel like you’ve stepped into a little sanctuary — but it’s still close to everything. Beaches, cafes, and local spots are just a short ride away. The pool is the highlight — clean, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to cool off or lounge for hours. The indoor-outdoor design of the home is so well thought out. Everything flows naturally — big open windows, cozy spaces, and seamless transitions from inside to out. We loved every second of our stay and are already dreaming about coming back. If you're looking for a peaceful, stylish hideaway with serious vacation vibes, La Petite Casa is it.

We loved the place, very nice and clean. We loved having the jacuzzi and really enjoyed it. It's a bit far from the beach, you can walk to get there, but the streets are not paved, but this is characteristic of the place, so walking might not be ideal for everyone. We would definitely come back, thank you so much for everything

Anna was a great host. The condo has everything you need for extended stays. There are two beautiful bathrooms with very nice showers, and two separate bedrooms. Also a laundry room, and a well made kitchen. The master bedroom, living room and kitchen all have beautiful ocean and sunrise views facing the bay. The pool and garden are both beautiful and are very nice to relax by. There is a store 3 minutes walking distance away, and playa manzanillo is 10 minutes walking distance away. You won't be disappointed with this place.

My friends and I loved staying here, it's a quiet area, not that far from the beach, we used taxi to get to the tip. The house is very nice, just like in photos and even better. Very clean everything. Spacious. We would definitely stay again.

I wish all the Airbnbs were like this! We felt at home. It had everything you need and more. The kitchen is really good. They give you a lot of toilet paper, napkins, water bottles, bath and beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. Air conditioning and fans in every part of the house, including the outside area The jacuzzi and the outside area are very nice. Super friendly hosts with local recommendations. The market is close and some restaurants, but the beach and more areas are a 20-minute walk or a 6-minute taxi ride away. Just consider that. Still, the place is worth it. Thank you for everything!

This was such a great Airbnb. We stayed for several nights and couldn’t fault it. A short walk into town where there are amazing restaurants etc. The room was great and the house was nice and quiet in the evenings! If we came back would 100% stay here!

Wanted to disconnect from the city. This place was prefect for that! Beds are comfortable Plenty of hot water Pool was amazing laps in the morning Relaxing on the shallow side taking in the sun. This place has it all, 🤩 simply WOW! It's a short walk to the beach, close to everything and in the best area of Zicatela! Marco is super pet friendly, he welcomed us with our 3 dogs and was always very friendly with both them and us. Lupita, the person in charge of maintenance and cleaning, was always super attentive and friendly! The truth is that 1000/10! I would go back many more times!
