Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto Escondido

Place was easy to reach,10 minutes drive from the main road and clearly indicated with the sign you are looking for when you are visiting puerto escondido “cold and fresh coconuts”. Place was spotless and the bedroom is always fresh since it’s built against the sun,host were more than amazing and they left everything you could ever need in your stay available for you: la punta that is perfect for the sunset is just 15 mins away walking or 5 minutes in a local taxi. Once you reach la punta there’s plenty of places to choose from.

This place was perfect. The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood; just a few blocks from restaurant and convenience stores. There is small cafe in the same location and this was a plus since the food and bread there was delicious 🤤. The only downside I could think of is that the apartment don’t have TV. I am ok with that since I rather do other things, but some of my family members complained about it. The host is awesome, my mom locked the bathroom by accident and the host fix this issue ver quickly for us. If I come back to this area I would definitely stay here. Love it, love it

My family spent a week at Sarah’s gorgeous place in Puerto Escondido. It’s truly a gem of a spot. The views are incredible, the patio and pool are perfect for lounging, the apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped, and it’s close to a number of beaches, restaurants, and bars. Sarah was a gracious host - check in was super easy, and she was responsive and helpful if we needed her. We can’t wait to come back to this special place again.

I LOVE this apartment and would absolutely come back! This place is gorgeous - beautiful minimalist design with a very intuitive layout that, as another guest said, has great air flow + tons of natural light. It is spotless and the white/concrete look really helps too. Very pretty view from the patio looking out onto the pool & palm trees, birdsong outside, quiet as it's gated despite being by Manzanillo Beach entrance. The area is residential so a short walk from town centre (with a hill in between) - but I count this as a bonus as it's much quieter (unlike Rinconada where I previously stayed). Feels very safe. There's also a great scooter/ATV rental shop nearby on Primera Sur. Martina was lovely and quickly responded when I needed something. I briefly met one of the cleaning staff (I think Maria?) who was very sweet. Also met a couple of the neighbours who were super friendly (I believe the other houses in the compound are mostly American/Canadian retirees.) Thanks Martina!

This is a great place you can get to relax! Carrizalillo beach it's just a 15min walk away from it. The neighborhood it's good, quiet and never had any issues with it. Vicky and Omar are great hosts, they're both so nice and open to any question or issue you have. I was there for almost two weeks and I would definetely go back every time!

You can’t beat the location! Walkable to everything La Punta has to offer. It was very nice to have a pool so we could relax when it was too hot to be out. The bed, couch and hammock were all very comfortable in the room. We had a small issue with the AC not working when we checked in but it was fixed right away for us. Great place to stay!

I just went to spend a few days in the port with my boyfriend and we stayed at Beto's place. Everything was amazing. I asked him for an iron and hair dryer, which were not in the amenities. However, he was super kind and agreed to get them. The place is just like the photos, the view is perfect, it has everything you need to have an amazing time and disconnect, it is in an excellent location for everything, he was attentive at all times and gave us many recommendations, he also rented us a quad to get around the city, which made it easy for us to access everything. I would definitely come back to stay at Beto's place again

WOW!!!! What a beautiful place and the view is just incredible!!!  Very Peaceful, Very Quiet and Very Relaxing with so much space in this apartment, We couldn't ask for more. My Kids had the best time here and after having a great day at the beach and getting back to the apartment We enjoyed the beautiful pool for the rest of the day. Lucano was very responsive, professional and helpful for all of us. We Love this place and We totally recommend this place to you.

Omar’s home was even more beautiful than the photos. We loved being away from the noise yet close enough to restaurants and the main streets. We like to walk, but keep in mind not all the streets are well paved. There was construction early in the morning next door but it was ok with us since we are early risers. The home was spacious, clean, and in a great spot. We will be back again. Thank you Omar for being a great host

Great place but we only stayed one night so there is not much to tell.

The penthouse was perfect for our visit to Puerto Escondido! Albert is the perfect host; he met us for our check in and was always available to answer any questions or recommendations in the area. The penthouse overlooks the ocean and is very clean and private with a comfortable outdoor space to relax and enjoy yourself. The pool was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you would need for your time here. The beach below the penthouse is a ten minute walk away and the baby turtle release center was a twenty five minute walk away. A five minute walk from the penthouse found us on the Main Street where the choice of restaurants and bars were plenty. If I ever find myself returning to Puerto Escondido, I would stay here again!

The place is as described in the app and the photos, the place is very cozy. It's a few minutes from the beach. 100% recommended, I would stay in this place again, we loved it very much and very good service from the staff.

The place is very comfortable and quiet, it is easy to find and has a good location for quick shopping, the beaches are about 20 minutes away on foot, by car the average time is 7 to 10 minutes, it is also close to the airport. Excellent value for money.

Had a great time at Jaime’s place. The on-site manager Brian was attentive to quickly handle any small issues, of which there were not many, and the overall value of this Airbnb is high. Apartment: Has a nice offering of kitchenware and a separate laundry room that made our week-long stay comfortable. The AC units in the main area and bedroom work well. The private terrace wraps around the front and side of the apartment, which was a nice place to chill in the evenings. The rooftop pool is unique and has an outdoor shower and two bathrooms in case you decide to hang there. Location: A short 7-10 minute walk in either direction puts you at the beach and main area with the Zicatela shops, cafes, and restaurants. Street is not paved, but we had no issues accessing it by foot or taxi. Street behind it is paved and has a couple cafes and local snack shops. Some minor noise from construction directly next door, but nothing major, and this is common in Puerto Escondido. Would recommend!

Everything is great inside the place… very nice details. The only issue is the constant power outages — once that’s fixed, it’ll be a perfect place.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen is complete with everything you would need to cook meals. The location is great, you're just a short walk to restaurants, cafes and beaches - there is even a scooter for rent if you want to get around a little quicker! We spent a lot of time at the pool in the back and it's super calm and quiet. Lori is a wonderful host and really made our stay at Casa Calma a memorable one, she's very responsive and just a great person to chat with. I would fully recommend staying here for your visit to Puerto Escondido, I can't recommend it enough!

Great option specially if you are into Tennis. My 7 year old and I played almost everyday at 7am there. Its a bit rough to come back from the beach with kids but if you don't have toddlers then it's easy. I think it has the bests pans and pots I have encountered in an Airbnb, very decent. The local mini supers have more options than the nearest Oxxo.
