The huge private rooftop is the perfect place to gaze at the ocean & sunsets with a breeze. The apartment has mosquitoscreens , king size bed, AC, smart tv , starlink, open kitchen, and is spacious and well lit. In the garden there is a dippool to refresh and loungechairs to sunbathe. reduced price due to construction close by ( not loud atm)

Casa Hibiscus Zaachila 2B.

This apartment is one of three that are the same type. They measure 50 square meters and are fully equipped. The area where they are is one of the best, and close to the airport. There are many services nearby, and you don't need a car to get around. The settlement is on a 650 square meter plot. In the courtyard there is a fairly large pool and it is shared. We have a space to park two cars in front of the building. It's not closed for now.

The studio is on the 2nd floor and has ocean views! We live the idea of taking care of our world with all its beauty. So we don't have heaters or air conditioning due to their high energy consumption. We also reuse building materials for all projects!
