A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. The house is in a good location, you are within 2-3 minutes on the promenade on the beach. The slightly quieter beaches can also be reached in just a few minutes. Supermarkets are also easily accessible on foot. The house was clean and the kitchen has good amenities for a vacation. In the courtyard is another bathroom with good shower, as well as you can sit together and grill well in the courtyard. There was a sun umbrella and sand toys for kids. The only small drawback, due to the fountain in the kitchen, the sound intensifies and it echoes a little.

For a few days of rest and excursions, to Palma and Soller - Deia - Valldemossa, Guillermo's accommodation was exceptionally well located. A few minutes from the airport too, we were able to make good time. Swimming in the sea every morning, and every evening on returning. The loft is very quiet and totally private, even in its outdoor area, furnished with all the comforts and well-lit to enjoy it at night too. Guillermo responds immediately to any questions or needs, very friendly and discreet at the same time. And for lunch or dinner, the Jardin de las Maravillas on the same street will delight you with its quality Spanish cuisine. Special mention for the chef's paella for two or more.

We had a fantastic stay at Can Custuré finca! Everything was as described, if not better. The host was friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the beginning. The location is peaceful and a bit remote — just what we were looking for to fully relax and disconnect. At the same time, it’s well connected, and we could reach many beautiful places on the island by car within a short time. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing Mallorca experience. We’d love to come back!

We felt right at home in Bernart's place. Bernhart and his family placed a lot of work and love in designing the place so we felt immediately at home. Our contact was Apolonia and she is a perfect host! Beside this Airbnb the family runs a delicious restaurant with a lot of tradition. There are as well other restaurants worth visiting Ses Salinas. A supermarket is in walking distance, a highlight is a famous shop of flor de Sal d'es Trenc. We spent a lot of time at the different beaches at Es Trenc and Colonia Saint Jordi. But as well to all the close beaches (Calas) in 30 min drive distance, some just the beach and other small villages like Cala d'Or or Portocolom.We also played some golf in the area. Therefore a car is highly recommended. We stayed there to extend our summer and we love to be back another time! Highly recommendable!

We had a wonderful week of vacation here. Great house, great environment, great pool. The streets to the house are narrow but beautiful. Very quiet location in the nature reserve. But the internet reception is sometimes a bit slow, which did not bother us, as you can do many other nice things there. For us, it was a great place and a great place to vacation.

My second stay at Marcello’s, and like the first this was an excellent stay. We came to Palma mainly for cycling, and the property has easy access to cycle routes out of the city and to the station along with plenty of cycle storage place. Close to Santa Catalina, it is minutes on foot to the market and dozens of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.
