With a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the house is built on a hillside overlooking the quiet and majestic Mermejita Beach and is completely surrounded by nature, which makes it an exceptional refuge. It's located only five walking minutes away from the beach and fifteen minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.

Excellent location, a 5-minute walk to the beach. It has covered parking for one vehicle, located at the lower part of the property, at street level.
