Erittäin siistit ja toimivat tilat. Hyvä varustelutaso kaikin puolin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli saippuat, shampoot, ja muutakin peruskosmetiikkatuotteita. Majoittaja oli hyvissä ajoin etukäteen yhteydessä käytännön asioista, ja kaikki kommunikaatio toimi erittäin hienosti. Koira oli matkassa, ja lähellä on mukavia lenkkeilypaikkoja. Suosittelen vahvasti!

The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and located in the perfect spot. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony is lovely. Everything was spotless, such a clean and awesome place to stay. Highly recommended!

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro, dal mare e da tutti i servizi. Un piccolo supermercato esattamente di fronte a casa e due più grandi a 5 minuti a piedi. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata, con i principali prodotti sia per cucinare che per l'igiene già a disposizione. Susanna è un'host molto gentile e disponibile; nel suo appartamento ci siamo veramente sentiti come a casa! Speriamo di poter tornare presto a Oulu e di stare ancora in questo appartamento!

Kaikinpuolin toimiva majoitus. Ehdottomasti kannattaa varata jos ouluun on menossa. Kaikki palvelut lähellä ja asunto oli todella viihtyisä.

A perfect place for longer stays. Spacious, comfortable (super clean kitchen and bathroom), located in a calm residential part of Oulu not far from concert hall and library. It's a wooden multi-apartment house, with a special atmosphere that comes with it: quiet squeaks of tired wooden beams, a faint smell of timber, everything feeling warm to touch... if you're into the whole dacha/summerhouse vibe (I am), you'll love it. And there's honest double glazing, so has to be warm in winter, too.

Appartement équipé simplement. L’extérieur est agréable. La possibilité de se garer à deux pas, au parking gratuit est un vrai plus même si le nombre de place est limité. La proximité du centre permet de tout faire à pied. Je recommande.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Woww – eines der wirklich seltenen Juwele hier auf Airbnb! Ein wirklich schickes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber geputzt. Mit dem eigenem Seezugang, so ganz für sich alleine, das wahre Finnland, ein Traum! Man ist wirklich für sich alleine und hat ins kleine Dörfchen 7-8min zu fahren, aber die Ruhe ist herrlich. Geheizte Garage ist super, ein 4WD ist im Winter bei der relativ steilen Zufahrt sicher empfehlenswert sonst könnte es sein dass man nicht mehr weg kommt. Wir konnten über den gefrorenen See laufen, die Sauna geniessen und Nachts perfekt Nordlichter direkt über dem Haus beobachten. Gute Gründe um wieder zu kommen! Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber das Haus ist auch für 6 Personen wirklich gross genug – Top! Im Ort hats 2 Supermärkte wo man alles findet, ansonsten ist's da aber nicht viel los, war für uns aber genau richtig um zu entspannen. Wir waren schon in relativ vielen Airbnb's und Hotels, die Unterkunft ist bei uns mindestens in den Top 5!

Pysähdyimme vauvan ja kahden teini-ikäisen kanssa matkalla pohjoiseen. Pitkän ajon jälkeen oli mukavaa käydä saunassa, sekä oleskella väljästi, kun jokaiselle löytyi omaa tilaa. Positiivinen yllätys oli, että saimme auton talliin. Oli ihanaa nauttia huoneistoon kuuluvasta maittavista aamiaisesta. Paikka oli loistava levähdyspaikka meidän poppoolle. Mukavaa jatkaa matkaa levänneenä. Tulemme varmasti toistekin. Kiitos ystävällisestä palvelusta!

Tilava, viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu paikka järven rannalla. Toinen mökki melko lähellä, eikä välissä kovin paljon näköestettä. Kokonaisuutena positiivinen kokemus!

Viihdyttiin loistavasti koko perhe. Erittäin siisti majoitus ja hyvät sängyt. Upeat maisemat ikkunoista ja ulos portaikon viereen tuli jopa poroja syömään, eli oli meille etelästä tulleille kyllä elämys. Ehdottomasti tulemme joskus uudestaan🤍

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Haawe. Die Sauna war nach ausgiebigen Spaziergängen und Ausflügen sehr erholsam und der Ausblick von den Schlaf- und Kinderzimmerfenstern auf das finnische Winterwunderland einfach ein Traum. Liegt auf halber Höhe am Hang, sehr gut mit Auto erreichbar. Zu Fuß zum Minisupermarkt oder Skiverleih ca. 10-15min. Die Einrichtung ist modern klassisch, die Ausstattung top. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Lähellä keskustaa, rauhallinen alue, hyvät tilat

Tilava ja viihtyisä asunto. Hyvin viihdyttiin 3 yötä 2 aikuista, 2 lasta ja 2 kissaa. Perussiivous hyvin tehty, mukavat pedit valmiina. Astioita ja ruuanlaittovälineitä riittävästi. Pienillä korjauksilla (saunan oven ripa) ja tarkennussiivouksilla (keittiökoneet, uuni, sohvatyynyjen alta/väleistä) olisi kymppikämppä. Pyykkikonetta toimi hyvin, mutta kuivausrumpua ei kyllä ollut.

Riitta's apartment is a lovely place to stay, very cozy and well-equipped. Riitta is a great host, very helpful and friendly; she proactively sent detailed instructions with maps and photos showing how to get inside - really appreciated. And most importantly, it is a comfortable place to spend some time. A few things have been updated since the photos (e.g. bed and TV); the bed is very nice. As this is her own home, it has everything you will need including some cooking ingredients available for guests' use, and it is expected that guests leave the place cleaned ready for the next guest or for her return - completely reasonable. And she has spent the time to write an extensive local guide with her reviews of places to go in Oulu (with some honest humour about which places are "not very chic" or "full of Nokia engineers"!). The location is very convenient and central, very close to the railway station and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I'd gladly return for a longer stay.
