We stayed during my son's wedding and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with grass, a swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view facing the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily rhythm. In addition, the host was super friendly and helpful at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

The stay was amazing. The place is right in front of the sea, with a spectacular view that is enjoyed from any corner. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our entire visit. I would definitely come back!

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Book this place! It is charming, quiet, and has an ocean and park view! You could not ask for a more scenic spot. Especially at this price, it’s a phenomenal value! It is a little further from the tourist area of Miraflores (further from Parque Kennedy) but we didn’t mind the extra 10 minute walk. Giuliana left great restaurant recommendations, and the doorman was friendly, knowledgeable and helped give advice. The apartment is a perfect base camp for exploring Lima. The bed was King sized and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. The tiny kitchen would be perfect for cooking a few meals yourself if you wanted to. Overall 10/10 would recommend this AirBnB!

The place is perfect and just as the pictures show. It is walking distance to the JW Mariott where many tours pick up across the street. Next time we’re in Lima we would stay again!
