Public and private hospitals, embassies and universities are in close distance.

From the huge terrace with BBQ you can enjoy Ymmitos hill and the sunset.The surrounding area is quiet with many shops &restaurant . The city center (SYNTAGMA sq.) is only 3 metro stops or 5' by taxi ( 4 euros ) .Its very convinient if you are coming from the airport by metro or bus.
