Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Set on a 160 acre working Pedigree Aberdeen Angus farm, The Byre is situated up a windy Cornish lane, attached to the owners’ farm house. This hideaway is set between the wild west moors and the Atlantic Ocean. A place for all seasons, The byre has its own private garden, to be enjoyed after a day of sun and salty air, with a glass of chilled wine. Or, Nestle inside next to the wood burner on a wild winters’ evening, after a day of invigorating walks along the rugged clifftops.

The Salty

The Salty is a beautiful contemporary, refurbished barn in a spectacular coastal location with panoramic views overlooking Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount. The living/dining/kitchen area is airy and spacious with a large panoramic window which can be opened fully. Try putting the dining table in front of the window and enjoy a delightful scenic meal. If its cold, the triple glazing helps keep it warm and the underfloor heating and roaring wood-burner helps complete the picture.

Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner. This modern 1 bedroom first floor apartment is just 100 metres from the seafront in a quiet location. Parking is free on a first come first serve basis, but should it be full there is further parking available on the seafront.
