1 hour from Paris (car or train + bike) between Maintenon and Nogent-le-Roi, a magnificent and spacious wooden house where you can recharge in the greenery. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

The Atelier is a bright and warm cottage, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. It accommodates up to 8 guests, with the possibility of adding cots or children's mattresses. Come enjoy our carefully renovated outbuilding in early 2024. You will be totally independent, quiet, and can enjoy our 2000 m2 flower garden. Ideally located if you come to attend a wedding or event at the Ferme de Genièvre (80 m, 1 min walk) or at the Chéraille (5.7 km, 8 min drive). We designed this space to be cozy and well-equipped like a hotel (fiber-optic Wi-Fi, memory foam mattress, iron, hair dryer, tea and coffee)
