My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. Surrounded by breathtaking views, this private modern lower ground studio with natural light is in a peaceful location for a visit to this beautiful region! There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.
