The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quietly and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists.
