Independent studio located above our home in a quiet area in the countryside. Accommodation located 20 minutes from the entrance to the legendary Circuit de Le Mans. We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

The cottage has 1 terrace outside with wonderful views of nature. Inside, fully equipped kitchen with a living room. Upstairs, very nice room with shower, toilet and sink. Close to the Bercé Forest, enjoy the hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails with a total of more than 250 km of marked circuit

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

All beds are made with clean sheets. All you have to do is bring your towels.
