We had a great time at Patrick and Elisabeth's, a haven of peace after our busy days at the MotoGP. The accommodation is cozy, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. The bedding is comfortable, the place is perfectly quiet — no noise, which guarantees total rest. The location is ideal: just 20 minutes from the circuit, while being away from the hustle and bustle. Patrick and Elisabeth are caring, kind and very responsive hosts. Their warm welcome really contributed to the quality of our stay. The pool is a real plus for relaxing, although we would have liked to have more time to enjoy it. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and proximity to Le Mans. this is the second time we've gone to Gérard's. It is a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thanks Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Thank you so much for hosting us, Josiane. We'll definitely come back.

Very quiet neighborhood, free places on the street to park. Self check-in. Small but functional studio. Good bedding. Perfect for resting before getting back on the road.

We were very well hosted by Malika and her husband. Accommodation is nice, quiet and close to the tram. I recommend it and would love to come back if I go back to Le Mans!

Rose is a great host, warm and caring about our well-being. The cottage is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, nothing missing. The bedding is perfect. The place is sublime for an absolute rest. I recommend Rose's cottage without a second thought.

I have already come to this accommodation several times and there is nothing to complain about. Welcoming and responsive host, ideal and quiet location. I recommend it!

The environment is exceptional, in the nature and quiet. The accommodation also, authentic, in its juice but also readjusted for comfort. The shower and toilet in each room was a luxury highly appreciated by all hosts. We celebrated a birthday and it is a place where it is possible to put on music without disturbing the people who sleep. The possibility of making fires in open period fireplaces is more than appreciable and magical in a castle dating back to the 12th century. Ghislain is very accommodating and flexible. He does everything to make you feel good. I would highly recommend it. Not too much because we would like to come back lol 😉

We had a lovely time at Dimitri's place. The house was cozy and the garden and surroundings were fantastic! Seeing the animals all around was a huge bonus. Dimitri was very responsive to any questions we had and the check in and directions were very clear. Thank you for having us !

As a business, we put the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear guidelines and easy to understand. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

We stopped at Cecile's house for a night en route from the UK to the Occitanie region. It was well positioned to reach the Le Mans museum which was why we chose to stop there. The house was clean, had the amenities we hoped for. Cecile was responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out.

Stayed here for the week of the 24h Le Mans race 2025 and was pleasantly surprised. The host keeps the property in an immaculate condition and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Not that we had many as a lot is covered in a message we had before we arrived. The only real issue we had was trying to lock the front door, which we were warned about beforehand. The property is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. All of which worked and were easy to use. If you're going to the circuit, one thing I will say is that it's a nightmare trying to get into a packed tram, so make a note of taxi services before you go. Would happily stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay to end the year. Everything was without fail and the services were even superior to the listing and photos (toilet and shower room upstairs, darts games, superb fireplace). Thank you Stéphane for hosting us!

Frankly, nothing to say, especially the cleanliness of the house surprised us; we were wearing white socks and they remained white at the end of the stay. I highly recommend it.

Great location, close to the track. Guillaume was very helpful, especially in securing some bikes for us before we arrived. Super responsive and fantastic home in Arnage.
