Right by the national park, you can experience impressive sunsets, long walks and the annual crane migration – one of the most beautiful natural spectacles in northern Germany. With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Due to the spacious property, the children have plenty of space to play. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route to the beach is only 100 meters away. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

Our beautiful thatched house (built in 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

Our beautiful, fully equipped apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the Vorpommerische Boddenlandschaft National Park is located in the quiet village of Bresewitz, just 4 km from the beach in Zingst. The cranes pass over our south-west balcony in autumn and spring. Our guests have 2 parking spaces, a lockable bicycle cellar, 5 minutes to the ice cream shop and nature right outside the door.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Hygge - Northeast

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

Large house right on the water

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
