The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

Large house right on the water

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
