Hier gibt es viel Platz für einen guten Preis. Sie hat 65 m², ist in der Barther Altstadt, mit schönem Wasserblick auf die Lagune und das 1733 gegründete „Adlige Fräuleinstift“. Sie ist in bester Lage, ruhig (Spielstraße) und doch zentral, direkt am Park, nur 2 Min. Fußweg zum Markt und auch zur Hafenpromenade.

Hallo, Wir heißen euch Herzlich Willkommen in Barth an der Ostsee in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, einer kleinen Stadt mit beschaulichen Hafen am Bodden. Ideal zum runterkommen, entspannen, spazieren gehen im nur etwa 200m entfernten Waldgelände, Fahrrad fahren und Strandbesuch in Zingst. Zur Wohnung: sie ist auf unserem Grundstück, etwa 25m2 groß und beinhaltet alles was man zum Wohlfühlen brauch. Internet, Miniküche,Doppelbett,Terrasse mit Wind- und Blickdichter Sitzecke. Ein großer Balkon mit Markise laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.Ein Gästeparkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Auch sind Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder vorhanden. Die Fenster von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Rolläden und Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Haustiere sind in der Ferienwohnung nicht erwünscht. In der Hauptsaison vermieten wir in der Regel nur wöchentlich .

Bei uns findet ihr eine sehr schöne, individuelle Wohnung mit kleinem Garten und einer Holzterrasse, um die Sonne, den Tag und den Abend zu genießen. Ihr habt einen separaten Eingang und eigenen Garten. Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung im Randgebiet der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

Ein schönes, gemütliches Zimmer wartet auf dich. Dort findest du Bett, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher und eine kleine Sitzecke. Die Zudecke ist in Übergröße. Eine Küche gibt es nicht. Für kleine Mahlzeiten ist entsprechendes Geschirr vorhanden sowie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und eine Kochplatte für dich. Das Bad mit Dusche nutzt du allein. Auf dem Flur könnten wir uns selten begegnen. Ein Rad kann ich dir auch gern anbieten. Ggf. kannst du am Vormittag schon einchecken.

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.
