Family-friendly stay near nice beaches. We did really enjoy our time there. We even had some visits of small kittens. Perfect place for children.

Eleonora is a great host, very friendly & likeable and always easily accessible. There were three of us with our 3.5 year old daughter and had a wonderful holiday week at Eleonora's place. Everything was as described and we felt very much in the apartment. When we were at home, we spent most of our time on the covered terrace which is very pleasant. It was also important for us that all mosquito screens on the windows were intact, as our daughter is a little allergic to the stitches. The apartment was in a great location for us, as you can reach a beautiful beach in a few minutes on foot and the walk there is quiet and relaxed past pine trees and flowering oleanders. We also found the mobile fruit and vegetable stand, which stops about 100m from the house 3 times a week and sells delicious local products, also bread, cheese, honey, olive oil and wine :) Very happy to come back!

Sandra is super friendly. Pretending that we were comfortable and comfortable and we felt right at home. totally comfortable, everything is perfect. in the street down a supermarket and a pizzeria where great dinner was great. and at night the village had tending appointments. with a place to park without a problem. we really went out enchanted in all respects. We had a few nights in this beautiful small home. Perfect for a couple, very close to Palau and the coast. Some gorgeous beaches nearby and towns with supermarkets and cafes within a short drive. The home is very private and separated from the road and other properties, it’s beautifully designed, very modern and clean. It’s like a perfect desert retreat. The kitchen is a great size, and the bathroom is gorgeous. Nicky welcomed us, and showed us around, he was very helpful and we were so relaxed there. We could have stayed longer. Speedy WiFi and amazing air con. Thanks Nicky!

Had a lovely stay. The location is perfect and close to the beaches and restaurants (by car), while at the same time situated in a very idyllic and quiet area in the national park. A wonderful place for families.

Very nice apartment with a large veranda overlooking a bay. Pleasant holiday settlement. Everything worked. Unclean service charge and price for bedding.

The apartment itself was fantastic, although porto cervo was very disappointing and lack sole. However the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The host was excellent with loads of recommendations and always available

We stayed here for our honeymoon with our toddler and it really made what could have been quite a stressful holiday, a blissful one! The apartment had everything we needed, plus perfect outside space and beautiful views, that allowed us to relax outside during nap times and enjoy dinners together rather than being able to eat out . Perfect stay . Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean and a hot shower . Even better than the pics ♥️♥️

A really nice house with everything you need for a great holiday, very well equipped kitchen. The best is the outdoor area which has such a beautiful view and the nice spa. Lise-Lotte was always responsive and took good care of us. There are many wild boars in the area, but they did not do any harm, our 4year old son found them very interesting.

Emanuele was very kind, the house is really equipped with everything. Supermarkets and bars a stone's throw from home. To get to downtown San Teodoro only 8 min by car, great location. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach. 100% recommended

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

We stayed in the house last week and had a very nice week. It is a nice house, with a lovely swimming pool that you share with one other cottage. Pietro and Tania are extremely welcoming! We felt completely at home there. We would definitely want to come back here! Thank you Pietro and Tania!

We had a wonderful week at Marco's apartment. Super nice complex with great pool and several beaches within walking distance. Even with sunbeds and umbrella included. The apartment has a fantastic view of the bay of Olbia, the airport 20 min away is hard to hear. The only drawback is the extremely steep stairs to the upper floor, made us a little nervous with small children and a dishwasher is simply missing. But nothing that makes up for the insane location and view! Marco was always available quickly and easily! We will be happy to come back! Thanks again very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Giannella's place! The house was clean and well cared for, with a really wonderful garden that allowed us to relax completely. The location is ideal, with the beach "La Pelosa" easily accessible, which made our experience even more pleasant. Giannella was super helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back, maybe in the summer, to enjoy this little slice of paradise even more!

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!
