We felt very comfortable at the place. Very, very clean, great amenities and lots of details, that really deserves praise. You can see the benefits when a private host like Gian Luca and his mom take care of everything with a lot of love. We were able to barbecue three times, mega! We loved it overall! Tips for beaches: We found everything between Badesi and Marinedda better than the beach in La Caccia (but of course it's also good).

We had a great vacation in the beautiful accommodation, very accommodating host, the house is great and the area is ideal for many nice excursions in the north of the island. We can recommend the place and would be happy to come back, thank you.

We spent a week in Gianluca's apartment in La Caletta. The apartment matched the description, was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location is very convenient – shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, a pharmacy and the city beach are within walking distance. Beautiful beaches in the area are also quickly accessible by car. Gianluca and his wife were friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Overall a pleasant stay.

Marina’s place is wonderful. Peaceful but within easy walking distance of the gorgeous local beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The bus is regular and easy into Olbia. From Olbia we got the train to Golfo Aranci one day. Marina was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

Had a fantastic stay. We could also check in early. The house is nicely secluded. In the evening, you can sit outside. It is wise to bring some mosquito spray. The small supermarket is the place is close to get bread in the morning. Nicky responds super fast if you want to know something. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a problem with the internet provider, which I think also provides the telephone signal. Also with your phone at the cottage, there is not enough signal to be able to receive messages. If you walk to the other side of the road, a little up the hill, there is reception. This location is highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay with our toddler. We enjoyed the view, the garden, the beach within 5 min walk. Sara was very helpfull and responsive.

Very nice accommodation! Clean and thoughtfully decorated! Within walking distance to a vineyard where I recommend doing a wine tasting with no driving required afterwards ;) We loved staying at this place!

Very spacious, clean, equipped house with a beautiful porch and outdoor garden. Immersed in the greenery and silence of nature. A few minutes by car you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Budoni, San Teodoro, Siniscola. Barbara has always been very kind and helpful. Very convenient and appreciated the check-in in the early morning and the check-out in the late afternoon. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is exactly as described: clean, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, in a quiet area but well connected to the main points of interest. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to answer our questions and give us useful advice. Also, the welcome was warm and we felt right at home. Gabriella is a perfect host. She greeted us personally and provided us with small welcome greetings in the kitchen. We felt comfortable immediately, the reception was very warm and friendly. Gabriella gave us great tips for restaurants, excursions and also reserved them for us. She was always available and took great care of us. The accommodation is beautifully located on a top well-maintained property with a fantastic garden and a great pool, it doesn't get any better. The place is even nicer than the pictures. Thank you very much for an unforgettable and all-round perfect vacation, we will definitely be back and can highly recommend Gabriella and her family as hosts.

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon with our toddler and it really made what could have been quite a stressful holiday, a blissful one! The apartment had everything we needed, plus perfect outside space and beautiful views, that allowed us to relax outside during nap times and enjoy dinners together rather than being able to eat out . Perfect stay . Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean and a hot shower . Even better than the pics ♥️♥️

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

We had a wonderful week at Micheles's place. Everything you need is available in the house. The interior design is very tasteful. We were on site with a small dog who felt very comfortable in the garden.

This was our second stay in Gianella's lovely apartment. The location is amazing- it's a huge benefit to be such a short walk to La Pelosa and avoid the traffic and parking. Gianella is a wonderful host and super responsive. She even kindly allowed us to check out late. We will certainly be back again. In highly recommend picking up food in some of the great delicatessens in Stintino and having lunch or dinner in the apartment's outdoor area.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!

Perfect stay, wonderful place near an amazing beach!

Fantastic location. The balcony offers beautiful views of two sides of the oceans and the mountain in the middle. Most peaceful place I have stayed. The balcony provided numerous opportunities to sun bath, relax in the shade, eat… we truly enjoyed this location. Apartment is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, snacks and necessary accommodations. The beaches are a short walk away. It was the perfect place to have a nice quiet relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and maintained communication throughout our stay as necessary. I would definitely put this on my return list. Probably one of the best, most recharging vacation.
