La villa è ben curata in tutti i particolari, il giardino uno splendore con prato verde, siepi e fiori vari. Dispone di una veranda coperta con vista mare, una seconda veranda sul retro. Internamente è costituita da soggiorno cucina con divano letto trasoformabile in letto matrimoniale , 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 cameretta con due letti singoli e un bagno con la doccia. Tutte le stanze escluso il bagno sono climatizzate. All'esterno giardino recintato con doccia in sasso e lavandino in granito.

Un coup de foudre puis une rénovation avec amour pour le detail (mosaïque) pour vous accueillir ici dans notre petit paradis. Situé sur une colline avec vue quasi 360 ° sur la mer et la montagne. Ici vous êtes tranquille, les voisins sont à 1 km. (parfois on entent l'àne) La maison est entourée d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses...et les fameux petits murets en pierres.
