Not a luxury home, I say it for those with high standards, not for those like me who have no special needs in this regard. But Giovanni's price is worth, and Giovanni's hospitality is an important ingredient. The place is clean and breakfast is also served, I think I'll be back.

We were very satisfied. The house has absolutely all the amenities you can imagine. The spacious pergola right next to the house was great in one word! The only thing missing to perfection was the pool. Katia responded immediately to every message we had, and she resolved each issue right away (nothing critical). The beach can be reached comfortably in 10-15 minutes. We also often used local public transportation (tourist train), which is free of charge. There were few foreigners on the island, we didn't come across Czechs. Most of the cast is made up of Italians, who are incredibly kind and welcoming. We had free access to the aquapark thanks to "golden cards" and we only paid for sun loungers. I definitely recommend staying with Katie and Albarella Island overall, and maybe we'll come back someday. Just be sure to bring repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes for dinner. A magnificent experience. Elisa and Riccardo's house is very comfortable and within walking distance of the center. The weather did not help, but the location, the garden, the small pool, the solarium, the patio are definitely to be tried again in spring or in an autumn more lenient. House is equipped with every comfort. Also comfortable for 4 but for two people it is perfect. We will definitely be back. Elisa was very kind and caring. Thank you so much for everything.

Irene was very friendly and helpful, she picked me up from the station with her own car and then she took her time to drive me to the government office and helped me with the documents as I'm a non italian speaking internal student. to be honest if it wasn't for her i would have had a hard time navigating through this city...so I'm really grateful to have her as my landlady for the time I stayed at her place.

Orlando and Roxana were fantastic! I have never been so comfortable and at ease in any property where I have stayed before! You can see that they do their job with great love and passion! How everything is clean and cared for, with taste and attention, how they are kind, nice, helpful and happy to establish a relationship of knowledge and friendship. I felt really at home, in a lovely property in the middle of the countryside, where I slept very well and relaxed. I found a generosity in Orlando and Roxana I've never seen before! Everything available for great breakfasts, in large quantities, and also a thousand small utilities that left me speechless... everything perfect! Their dogs are delightful, joyful and affectionate, and help make you feel among dear friends in an enchanted corner. Great location, I would say strategic! Close to everything: sea, city and places to visit, nature, delicious corners where you can eat well. I'll bring my husband soon! THANK YOU!

A really nice room in a beautiful house very close to the center of Ferrara. I had a really pleasant stay and Irene was extremely kind and helpful. If I have to go back to Ferrara, I know exactly where to stay.
