Bellissimi miniappartamenti insonorizzati e climatizzati a Parma in Via Emilia Ovest 63, vicino all'ospedale Maggiore, a 2 Km dal centro storico raggiungibile in auto, a piedi oppure con 3 autobus. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, osterie, fast food , tabaccheria, edicola, negozi, centro estetico, barbiere e parrucchieri e supermercati. Non è presente un rilevatore di gas combustibile in quanto i nostri alloggi funzionano in modo totalmente elettrico. Presenti gli estintori.
