L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

As the day winds down, indulge in wines from nearby makers. Our garden, dotted with fruit trees, adds a touch of rustic charm, completing the authentic experience.

The apartment is located in a context of natural greenery, at the foot of the hills and at the gates of Reggio Emilia, the city center can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Santa Maria Nuova arcispedale can be reached in minutes by car, as well as the RCF Arena. The privileged location ensures the utmost peace of mind and enjoyment. You can have lunch/dinner in the garden and use the barbecue present! Tourist tax of €2.5 per person (only for the first 5 days)

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farm has now become a cozy country house with two independent apartments. The largest is the Lauro's Dwelling. A space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a separate entrance. It's ideal for families or groups. By choosing it, you will stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature and the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.

In a quiet country house, just 2 km from Arena Campovolo (20 min walk) you can stay in a cozy open space fully equipped with kitchen, double French bed, sofa, TV and private bathroom. You will be provided with sheets, linen, toiletries, and everything you need for a good breakfast. Large garden with vegetable garden, private and guarded parking, and the possibility of putting motorcycles in the garage. Tourist tax €2 per person. Welcome bikers!

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living/study room, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.
